This is a review of Michelle Rosary at Concept, Staging & Design. Michelle has done various interior design projects for me from 2020 to the present, including extensive work to prepare the living space of my 2,500 sq. ft. newly purchased home. She has been instrumental in selecting and procuring furnishings, window coverings, wall art, lighting fixtures, and bathroom fixtures, and in coordinating various contractors involved in the redesign of my home, including painters, electricians, and handymen. I have enjoyed working with Michelle immensely. First and foremost, her talent for interior design is superb, and she has a wonderful eye for how to transform a space. She is very flexible when working with clients, and is very good at reading her clients’ preferences. She is quite knowledgeable of design themes and trends and can produce a beautiful result without needing a client’s supervision, but is equally adept at working under the direction of a client who has a specific design goal in mind. I personally have loved this flexibility as there are certain spaces in my house where I have wanted to have more control over the design than others. I cannot be more pleased with the end result, and I absolutely adore my home now! One of Michelle’s qualities that I appreciate the most is her attention to detail such that all her work produces a polished and very professional result. She will always ensure that a job is done to the satisfaction of the client, and will go the extra mile to ensure that a client is pleased. In the course of her work, she has always used first-rate contractors who are competent and pleasant to work with, which allows the client to relax and feel they are in good hands. She is also very persistent in making sure jobs are completed in a timely fashion, and that jobs are done at a reasonable cost to the client. Michelle is also very pleasant to work with from a personality perspective, and I have appreciated her kind, easy-going manner, (and humor!), and the adeptness with which she has handled scheduling issues, product availability issues, and other inevitable complications. In particular, I have been very impressed with the way she has navigated product supply issues that have been plaguing the industry since the onset of the pandemic. She has an extensive network of suppliers which has allowed her to circumnavigate many of the supply issues and obtain the same or better products for me at very reasonable cost. In short, I have been extremely pleased with the interior design services of Michelle Rosary at Concept, Staging & Design. I will continue to use her for all my interior design needs, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for interior design services. You will not be disappointed!

Oh my gosh, I am the WORST at decorating. Luckily, I know when I need to call in a professional. Michelle advised me a couple years ago when we decided to sell our house. Her suggestions for making it appealing to the most people were spot-on and we sold the house in 6 days. Fast-forward to 2021 and I wanted to update some of the decor in our new place, so Michelle was again the one to contact. She came over, we walked through the house, I made suggestions, and so did she. She sent me links to all kinds of options, which were exactly my taste and not pie-in-the-sky expensive. We did some painting, changed out pictures, bedding, and a chair or two, and (thanks to COVID), updated the guest-room/home office. You won't go wrong hiring her, whether your project is an entire house or a smaller project like mine.

It was a pleasure to work with Michelle! She helped make our wishes become a reality. We wanted to update our master bathroom and she helped in redesigning the existing space which resulted in a much bigger shower and double vanity! The footprint didn’t change which saved money. The selection of design materials was not stressful and flowed seamlessly. We now have a beautiful glass walk-in shower, two sink vanity, and more shelf and storage space. Michelle’s color selections were spot on and we liked them so much that we had her select paint colors for the other rooms. Michelle listened closely to our needs and guided us through the process of transforming our bedroom with adjoining bathroom into a 21st century serene master suite with the spa bathroom of our dreams. Michael McCourt I honestly don’t know where to start. I have never Written a review before but in this case I felt is absolutely essential that I give a review. We used Michele to help us with the remodel on our summer home on Cape Cod. She was there to help us choose colors for painting choose the furniture and curtains and rugs and art work. To say that we were satisfied would be an understatement. Every person that comes in our home gives us many compliments on how beautiful it came out. This is largely due to Michelle‘s talents. When we went through the process often times I did not agree with her choices of color I thought they would be wrong. But I trusted her and I’m so glad that I did. She has a unique ability to see the completed picture. her instinctive knowledge of color and design are top notch. All I can say is you are in very very good hands. We are going to use her for our other home in Reading as soon as we possibly can. Five Stars for Sure.

I would like to shout from roof tops the appreciation and gratitude that I have for the way in which Michelle Rosary transformed my living space, and for the way she was able to realize what I wanted...when I wasn’t sure what that was! She knew instinctively how to guide me, when to push me to try something that I would have never considered, all the while being very conscious of my budget! Michelle was there for every single question and concern I had, paint color, lighting, backsplash tile, furniture, rugs....just EVERYTHING! She created a warm, welcoming, peaceful and absolutely beautiful living area, that each ad every day brings me pure joy!

Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She helped my sister and me stage our mom's antique house in Falmouth and it generated tons of interest and several offers in just a few days. Michelle's advice was spot-on every time. She really knew how to show the house to its best advantage while being mindful of its character, and without breaking the bank. She was always available by text or email, and she followed up after to see how it was going. Concepts was a great investment.

I was very careful to be specific about what I thought the house needed for staging, but fortunately Michelle's ideas were based on her experience. She picked out furniture, lighting, and extras that not only looked great on their own merit, but let all the character of my 1840's house shine through. Everything was not too modern, not too old fashioned, but just absolutely right. The house showed beautifully and sold 2 weeks later in a niche market.

Michelle is a gem. It was an absolute pleasure working with her to decorate our home in Wellfleet. She was very quick to figure out our style, and very respectful of our taste. At the same time, she did not hesitate to make some suggestions which at first we weren’t sure of, but we soon realized she was right. Very soon we were saying—if Michelle says to do it, let’s do it. She has a knack for balancing practicality with design, and for doing so within a budget. And for finding a bargain! The level of service she provided was remarkable. We can’t recommend her enough.
