Alongside our products for the interior, we also offer a comprehensive collection of external materials. Our customers enjoy the choice available and we like to think we do a good job of looking after them. We have a strong reputation for installation work, project managing our jobs to achieve very high levels of customer satisfaction. Naos provided an excellent, professional service from start to finish. They found solutions to our very complicated floor project and transformed our kitchen and family living area. All the staff were friendly and professional and we enjoyed having them in our home. I would have no hesitation recommending Jack and the team at Naos.

At every stage we would highly recommend Naos. We had initial help from the in-store designer with our choice of flooring, then Jack managied our project from that point . He arranged a site visit with samples, costings, the fitting and an after care visit. He was always friendly, helpful and professional and responded promptly to queries. We now have exactly what we hoped for and all visitors to our home have commented how fantastic the floor looks.

We were having some difficulty finding an oak floor for our cottage in the North of England. On visiting NAOS showroom Jack Ryan immediately led us to just what we wanted and was able to answer every detail of our queries and anxieties. We were very impressed with his intimate knowledge of the product and willingness to help us in supplying it for use some distance away. This led us on to buy a stone floor for the Hall as well. Both were delivered 300 miles north and look absolutely fabulous now they are laid. NAOS gave assistance at every stage and we cannot recommend the firm, and especially Jack Ryan, more highly.

Naos Floors are quite simply the BEST company that I have dealt with in relation to our extensive house renovations (coming up to five years now). They have put in all the limestone floors, wooden floors (both UFH) bathroom tiling, fireplace surrounds, hearths and carpeting for us, all to very high standards. Quite simply, they love what they do, they are good at what they do and they want you to be happy. You should hire them..!

Great Company. Started when they said they would, finished when they said they would. Very good communication and very prompt with providing costings. In fact so good we ended up doing the hall floor as well as the kitchen. I can't recommend them highly enough.

One of our favourite local supplier. Endlessly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Naos have helped us source tiles for our interior projects. They have supplied and installed at luxury, high-end projects. Can't recommend enough.

Koivu Ltd

Naos have installed lots of floors on jobs where we have fitted kitchens. For quality no other company can compete. The floors whether stone, porcelain, or wood are always perfectly level. The site is kept tidy and their team are really good guys. If you want a perfect floor in the south east look no further.
