I am beyond disappointed in this material. Not only did we pay top dollar for this material but other companies have more consistent stone with much better pricing. I ordered the herringbone shell mother of pearl from their studio line The sample board is so beautiful! Each piece we received only had 1 or 2 pieces of shell! Nothing like the sample board or the photo they show online. We used this in our entire kitchen for the backsplash. Either I need to find some sparkly grout to try and make up for what is lacking or it needs to be completely redone with a different manufacturer. What a waist of money! So glad I did not buy their other mosaic for triple the price. I am beyond disappointed.

Purchased very expensive marble tile based on a display board sample from a local tile company. The mosaics arrived looking nothing like the sample! Basically colorless and washed out compared to the sample board. (See pics) Both the tile place and a rep from New Ravenna, although nice, offered nothing. Plus they charge a 25% restocking fee if I wanted to return my purchase -over $500. Don’t rely on their sample boards - they “jazz” them to sell and if you do buy, know you will have to keep whatever you get no matter what! Very disappointed.

Highly Disappointed. Was promised delivery of custom backsplash on a certain date. Place order in March 2018 (18 sq ft) Company provided No communication in letting me know that there was a delay. My agent called and called and was told it was in production. This was after date due. My understanding is they are so behind in their deliveries that they can’t guarantee that my order will be done in the new delivery date they gave my designer.

New Ravenna is an extraordinarily great tile company to work with. They have a great collection of creative tiles in both glass and stone. They are a designer's dream in that they will create custom tiles made exclusively for a project.

We have used New Ravenna Mosaics beautiful glass collection in a number of homes we have designed. The quality is amazing, and the designs are absolutely gorgeous. When we are designing a new home or renovation and we need some tile to "wow" our clients, this is where we go looking. Super helpful staff and superior quality. Highly recommended

The New Ravenna Mosaic collections are beautifully complex works of art. Their endless hours of details and craftsmanship bring their tiles to a of level of perfection. Mr. Beasley has had the pleasure of visiting the factory and the opportunity to create a tile of his own. "It is more difficult than it appears", Troy has said. Their tiles are truly unique and true to form.
