I will not rescind my previous review but I would recommend Nordaas for there quality materials and craftsmanship. There design teams works with you and helps your dreams come true.

We hired Nordaas American Homes to do an outside remodel for our 2 story home. We added on a wrap around porch as well as replacing windows and siding. We would recommend them. They were very good about listening to what we wanted as well as giving us new ideas that would look the best on our home as along with coming up with the design they coordinated the siding, trim colors and the stone. They were very good about modifying the plan until we were happy with the end result.

Our project was a new build on an undeveloped rural site. Our salesman from Nordaas was with us every step of the way. He visited the site before the plans were drawn and several times during the build. They provide professional carpenters, designers. The quality is outstanding. They will build my next home.

Nordaas American Homes made building our home an enjoyable experience. The services they provided included guidance on selecting an excavator, concrete contractor, general carpenter, electrician, plumber, siding/exterior stone and ceramic tile/wood floor installers. On staff at Nordaas we used their draftsman, flooring specialist, cabinet designer, and paint/carpet specialist. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and competent. It is noteworthy to mention that our sales representative, Art Stenzel, offered assistance as a general contractor ensuring tasks were appropriately sequenced and completed in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with our new home!

Awesome! Nordaac is such a wonderful company to work with, everything just fell into place. They all worked together to make our beautiful house a home. We would recommend Nordaac to anyone who wants to build a new home. The best thing about them building our home is that they make you feel like family. They sure made our lives more of a blessing.
