I hired the team at Northport Flooring America to replace the padding and carpet in my home. They worked very well with my insurance company and I to provide stellar and timely service. They made every aspect of replacing the carpet a pleasant experience from the showroom floor to the final installation. All the members that I met with were very polite and kept the work areas clean throughout the whole installation process. I would absolutely recommend Northport Flooring America to everyone and will certainly use them for any future flooring needs.

Very helpful and patient salesman, excellent installers. Very well done. One issue that was not a problem (for us): The installers liked our choice of pad for the type of carpet we chose. They said that the install would be difficult with other types of padding. It was a lucky choice. I'm not sure if sales people are aware of the issues that the installers face. In the future, I will try to remember to ask or research the ease of installation for a carpet/padding choice.

Built a new 5,000+ sq ft house and they handled all the tile and carpet. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also used them to re-carpet a rental property.

Fantastic quality work!!!! They arrived on time for install and installed my carpet very quickly. Northport worked with us from start to finish to make sure that we selected the best quality carpet and padding that worked for our budget. I would definitely use them for any other carpet projects again and highly recommend Northport!!!!
