I must say, I never regretted hiring One World Architecture. Upon interviewing several companies, I new immediately, this team was chosen. They were very attentive, not pushy, staying focused on what I wanted and the part they would play in that vision. My project was a long term goal. What was needed as step one all the way through multiple phases of development. Very pleased with how that has played out as I continue to move towards the next phase of development.

Ken’s work was both professional and timely. He continued to work with our builder throughout the remodeling process and often checked in with us to see how things were going. Our addition is beautifully designed to fit with the existing style of our house.

"Ken and his team did an awesome job of reviving our 85+ year old house. They designed an open, modern concept in the traditional environment. Ken is the consummate professional and designer. The process of working with him from ideas to drawing to completed project was smooth, insightful, and enjoyable. Kyle Bragg was our project manager and he was a joy to work with. We met many times to talk about the designs and how they were coming together. Kyle was always helpful and always smiling even when we asked for changes. Afshin Dejbani is their "construction" magician and is truly a craftsman and a master carpenter. He understands old homes. He recognizes the very specific needs, strengths and liabilities of older home remodeling and does a wonderful job at combining the old with the new. His attention to detail in the unseen areas and then in the finished areas is excellent. He has a unique ability to see the entire project and formulate what needs to be done to finish the project beautifully. We love our home. Working with Ken, Kyle, and Afshin from design to completion we were very happy with their team and the finished product. We can't wait to find a project where we can work with One World Architecture again."

I don't know if pictures can accurately depict how perfectly our home fits our needs. Ken and Kyle completely transformed not just our home, but really our lives. We had been stepping over each other in small, confined rooms, and now everyone has their own beautiful, expansive space. I appreciate Ken's ability to listen to our wants and needs and create from them a spacious and attractive residence. I handed him amateur sketches and pictures from magazines, and he turned them into professional designs that encapsulate all the charm and history of the original structure. We love how the new house seamlessly connects to the old. This is especially important at a corner lot. Nearly every angle of the house is exposed. Even more than a year after the project, our neighbors continue to stop and tell us how beautifully the new addition merges with not just the old house, but also the entire neighborhood. OWA found every inch of usable, livable space while keeping a small, unobtrusive footprint. Thank you for giving us a home we can enjoy the rest of our lives. I think this is what our home was always meant to be, thank you for bringing our dreams to light!

We had a 3 year old home which we loved but was no longer working for our growing family. We approached OWA to add a bedroom and media space to the basement and much needed functionality and light to our home office. In the end, they improved nearly every room in our home. It was wonderful having all the trades including painting, millwork, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and drywall under their direction. This was our first experience with a design-build firm, fortunately OWA laid out the process beforehand and expertly guided us through planning, drafting, demo, and construction. The team worked carefully and thoughtfully to incorporate the new design seamlessly into our existing architecture. We couldn't be happier with the quality of construction and attention to detail.

Kommenteret: What is the exterior wall, trim color?Hi wangkim, the wall trim and siding were a colonial white that we matched from the existing house. This porch and the room behind it were an addition. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Kommenteret: CeilingThe ceiling was a pine bead board with a cherry stain, I believe. It turned out great. I hope this helps.
