Primera Interiors

I would steer clear of this company. I have a receipt to prove how much money I paid out of pocket to upgrade my cabinets. These cabinets are not only disappointing in terms of quality but it has been 8 MONTHS and I am still missing crown molding and kick plates. Additionally, the cabinet pieces over my stove are peeling, certain drawers appear hand painted, and my $300 cabinet trash can binds. They have sent someone out 3 times to look at the cabinets, however, these employees are more worried about sharing their life stories vs. completing work orders. They have not reached out, they have not scheduled, nor have they contacted us regarding resolution. I feel as though I opened a waste management bin and threw thousands of dollars in the trash. Save your money.

We urge you to use extreme caution if choosing this company for your remodel or new build needs. We purchased a new build home in February 2016 and the home was just completed in October of 2016. Primera Interiors was the design center we had to work with to design our new home. We thought this would be the most exciting part but shortly after the design center started working in the home, we knew we were in trouble. So much so, we wanted to cancel the build of the home and the builder stated they would keep every cent we had into it. Primera Interiors is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. The customer service is a nightmare and NO ONE including their president Jim Miller cares about anything or any product they sell. We paid for an estimated 8k in cabinet upgrades and were given our only choice of white cabinets. We paid for glass fronts, soft close, dove tail, stove drawers, 48in uppers and so on. When we arrived at the home during the build the cabinets had been installed and we had no choice but to be extremely upset. The cabinets were AWFUL. The worst quality, no finish, broken, chipped, scraped, stained and destroyed. 3rd party viewers stated the cabinets look like old used cabinets that came out of an apartment building. We quickly contacted the builder. They could have cared less. We then contacted primera and were given the run around until we searched the web and found every email address to every employee at primera. We then sent photos and demands to hear back from anyone. At first they were so understanding and immediately met at the property and assured us over and over they were going to fix the cabinets. Well, 3 weeks later and 3 attempts by their "furniture/cabinet fixers" and every single time they tried to improve the cabinets they made them worse. Not only did they fill every scrape or broken piece with caulking and paint, they over sprayed our tile, our new oven and our new dishwasher. Also, when they were done re coating them in paint AGAIN...they closed the cabinet doors while they were still wet! This left little circle imprints (from the rubber dots used to not slam cabinets) on every cabinet face we have. The soft close cheap mechanism does not work and the cabinets slam shut, they never finished filling in the nail holes and just left them. And every cabinet door was installed unevenly. After the third attempt of them making it worse and worse we decided that we would have no other choice but to take other action. Primera has not been seen since and we have been told by the builder that they a long with Primera Interior feel we are being unreasonable. We had a new home built. It should be of new quality. That is not unreasonable. They unfortunately do not care to deliver a quality cabinet or quality customer service. Please be mindful before choosing this company for your building needs. We just wish we could post the 200 photos of damage.

We were very lucky to have Lisa Mize as our Account Executivie at Primera Interiors. During the complete remodel of our home, we worked with Lisa for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. During the installation of the new cabinets, Lisa and Primera Interiors went out of their way to correct a huge cabinetry "issue" that was not of their doing and we now have our beautiful, dream kitchen! I know many other companies would have left us hanging but Primera Interiors totally stepped up to the plate and competed our project the way it was intended to be. Through out the process, Lisa was a compassionate ear and a total professional from the beginning of the project all the way through to the end.

After 4 hours at the design center for our new build, we unfortunately signed off on the wrong cabinets. Fortunately the did not cost us anything, but we realized after it was too late. I started my research and reached out to Primera who was the installation company for the builder. We played around with different styles and after speaking with Sheena in their sales office, we were blown away! The style cabinets we wanted were going to be $6,000, we were able to get by ordering the doors and drawer fronts for $1,600! We even replaced two of the cabinet boxes for a more staggered look and total only paid $2,100! Sheena has been extremely helpful and detailed every step of the way! We even had a small change in between the orders and she made sure to update the first so that everything matched! There is no question that we will be using Primera Interiors for all our cabinetry needs in the future! We are very pleased with the out come of our countertops. Sales representative Sheena Rogers was very professional and informative. She helped us every step, selecting the right color granite countertops to match our cabinets to the perfect sinks for our kitchen and baths. It was a pleasure working with her, as this was a hard decision to make. She had all the info to make it easier. The installers did a great job. They answered all our questions, friendly and professional. Our granite countertops and sinks look beautiful, we are so pleased with the out come and your team. We would highly recommend them.

My experience with Primera was awesome!! From the first appointment on through the installation Sheena Rogers was very professional and she was very knowledgeable and she answered all my questions in addition to helping me pick out my countertop. She responded promptly to my calls and texts. She explained the process thoroughly and her expertise was so very helpful. Also the installer, Armando, was very good and both he and Sheena went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this company and their excellent staff.

We had the pleasure of working with Sheena at Primera when it was time to get new countertops. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and really has an eye for design. She knew exactly what would fit our kitchen and the look we were going for. Remodeling can be so stressful but Sheena made it seamless and stress free! I'm loving the new look to my kitchen! We worked with Lisa M at Primera for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodeling project. We selected cherry kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops and LIsa was very knowledgeable about both. When the quartz was installed, there were some flaws and Lisa was an advocate for us, getting the problems resolved. The end products are a beautiful kitchen and bathroom that we are very happy with. The staff at Primera were easy to work with and we recommend them for your projects.

Our project was to panel the back side of our kitchen island with doors that matched our kitchen cabinets. We worked with Lisa Mize and she did an outstanding job in every aspect of the project. She came to the house to measure and listen to what we wanted to have done and ordered the exact materials we needed to do the job in one trip, including trim pieces to finish off the project to make it look high end. Dave, the installer, worked with skill and precision. His experience and attention to detail was evident. He and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and they make a great team.

I was very fortunate to have been given Primera as a contact for wood flooring and quartz counter tops. I did have a budget and a specific style. The sales representative was most helpful and did provided several selections from which to choose. Lots of questions and lots of time spent on providing me just what I was looking for - very informative and professional! I hired Reba to help coordinate tile flooring, carpet and a kitchen back splash. The job came out fantastic! Workers were very professional, clean and fast. Great remodel.
