We found Willy and we are so happy. He fixed the latch on our shower door and saved us replacing the door! He also plastered and painted our small bathroom wall which had some leaking last winter. He was very considerate of our time. Was always on time or called Came when we asked and was neat and tidy on the job. We are so pleased with Willy. I highly recommend him

We were fortunate to find Willy through houzz. He saved us TONS of money in not having to replace four windows in our home. He was able to fix the window balancers and now the windows are like new. He also replaced wood trim around several windows and repaired outside slate tiles. He spent the time in digging up the old, cracked grout and the tiles to remove old roots that were pushing the tiles up. Then he laid the tiles and applied new grout. The slate tile path looks like new thanks to Willy. I highly recommend Willy as he is trust worthy, punctual, kind, and gets the job done. Oh, and his prices are very fair! :)

We hired them to fabricate a countertop and put in thresholds for our doors. They did not follow our instructions, and made rookie mistakes such as confusing a 45 degree angle with a 90 degree. They were using old, splintered scraps of wood (see photos) and completely dinged up our newly painted walls. When we pointed out these mistakes, they began asking for change orders and demanding extra money despite the fact that we were simply asking them to follow our original request. We've wasted three weeks as well as our valuable time, sending them illustrations and info. They refused to finish and required that we buy them out for the cost of goods and an exorbitant delivery price, so we reluctantly did. It felt as though they had found another job and were looking for any excuse to bail. I know competition is fierce right now, but this was completely unprofessional and disappointing. This is my first bad experience with a Houzz professional. They just don't meet the usual high standard.

We were named #1 in 2019 and 2020 here on houzz because we provide high quality Workmanship and customer service.
Every project is done in writing with all details. After the quote was provided customer started to request more work and more materials free of charge, we tried to please customer by providing our own wood for the counter support, all those pictures shown are from underneath the counter where no one can see, but customer demanded better quality wood. We request payment to go buy the requested materials, she refused to do so. The choices that were provided to customer were as follows: you may keed the materials and pay for it plus delivery (we were half way with the project) or we may take everything and you don't have to pay anything. Customer decided to keep everything. It was perfectly fair the choices given as we lost time and other experiences so that customer may hire someone to finish using materials delivered. We never installed counter so those scratches we not done by us. We are grateful for your business and are happy to assist many more great customers.

I used Willie to fix a door that would not close or lock! OMG! He responded right away and made arrangements to come out the next day. Although he came later than the agreed upon time, he communicated with me to let me know he would be later than expected and he even let me know when he was on his way. He fixed the door quickly and now I can sleep!

I had a time sensitive repair that needed to be done ASAP and Willy showed up on time and got right to work and even corrected some other issues that were not part of my original request. RAD is highly recommended, an excellent job at a fair price!

I used Willie to repair basically all the windows in my house. Some as old as 1925 and some latches that were brand new. He was quick and priced fairly. Most importantly he was on time and communicative. I will use him again for sure.

Willie responded immediately when I put in my request with Houzz. After demoing my cabinets to install new ones, I discovered the drywall repair would be more than just a few patches and my plasterer didn't have the time to do such a big job. Willie swooped in and saved the day! He came by the same day for a quote and gave a reasonable price and timeline. He and his skim-coat expert worked over the weekend in order to get the job finished in time for me to paint and get the new cabinets in. The finished walls were smooth, paint-ready, and as square and plumb as possible given the age of the house. He was pleasant, easy to get a hold of, and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
