Our experience with the entire team at Rallis Construction was nothing less than excellent! We were living in Texas when we began our search for a perfect lot. The Rallis team worked with the listing agent to secure measurements and ensure the home size/design would work on the lot. As we began to design the home, the Rallis team did not rush us in designing the perfect style and layout to fit our lifestyle. We were able to meld multiple designs into the one perfect fit for us. Throughout the construction process, the team at Rallis Construction kept us informed as to what was occurring, the upcoming phases, status of cost, and upcoming selection needs. With my husband traveling frequently for work, the team at Rallis Construction communicated with us well in advance of their needs so as to not place rush or urgency on us to make a selection during a time when my husband would be out of town. In the end, we have a beautiful and comfortable home that perfectly fits our lifestyle, and it came in under budget even when adding a few additional options. Rallis construction accepts nothing but top quality work from their subcontractors. Dusty has a very good eye for detail and is quick to let me know if he sees something that isn’t up to his standards. We are always striving to keep our quality on or above par so we can count on doing the next drywall job for Rallis Construction. As a drywall contractor I always end up back at the house to do the final touch up, at this time all construction is pretty much complete besides final details.
