We have been designing homes for almost 30 years. We do it all where you don't lift a finger. Roberta worked with us on a living room project. When a finish did not come out as expected, Roberta worked diligently with the finisher to resolve the issue. It turned out to be perfect. She is experienced and has a great design sense. We look forward to working with Roberta again.

Roberta Martin was brilliant at choosing the right colors, fabrics and design for our living room. Our living room was transformed into a beautiful, bright and elegant room, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. She worked hard to find unique pieces and accessories suited to our taste and budget. She definitely has an eye for creating the right look for your home. Roberta has also developed excellent working relationships with her vendors, and they were extremely professional from construction, installation to delivery phases of the project. Roberta did an outstanding job designing the re-model for our kitchen, great room, dining room, master bedroom and 4 bathrooms. Her selection of color and materials was spot on. We appreciated her professionalism and talent. We now have our dream kitchen & great room, and love all the beautiful bathrooms.

I wanted to undergo a complete kitchen remodel and knew I needed the help of a professional designer, as I had never done anything like this before. I interviewed 5 designers and Roberta was, by far, the easiest choice among them. She was the only one who walked into the space and saw nothing but possibility. Her designs were just what I wanted (although I didn't know I wanted it until she presented it to me - which was fine). She was easy to work with and was very considerate of my time, since I was still working fulltime during this renovation. She was a great help by raising questions/issues that I never would have thought of - and she always had suggested solutions. She never tried to force what might have been her personal preferences on me; rather, she allowed me to make selections, then offered suggestions as to how best to complement those. Her suggested store for appliances,tile and countertops were excellent and I never felt as though I wasted my time when I went out shopping with her. I would highly recommend Roberta to anyone wishing to do any type of re-design, re-model or major constructions. She knows her business and is a pleasure to work with!

Roberta Martin has been my interior designer for more than 15 years, and has redone most of the rooms in my home. Throughout our long association, I have always found her to be the consummate professional. Extremely knowledgeable, she works very hard to understand what her client wants, then uses her immense resources and design talent to implement that vision, rather than imposing her own taste on the client. In doing so, she is exceptionally creative and willing to "think outside the box." She is extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and practical, spotting potential problems (either in function or appearance) "up front" so as to keep her client from making serious and expensive mistakes. She is always sensitive to the client's budget and tailors her recommendations accordingly. Always polite, respectful and pleasant, she is not afraid to stand up to the client (or a vendor or contractor) when she feels strongly about an issue. She is very hardworking and diligent, going the extra mile to find even the most unusual types of furniture, fabrics and accessories, to get a vendor to do something exactly the way the client wants it, or to integrate all the desired elements into a design. She supervises contractors closely yet diplomatically, using her knowledge to assure that the client gets the full value and service he/she is paying for. Last but not least, her fees are reasonable and her billing statements adequately detailed. If you are seeking a top-flight professional interior designer, you could not do better than Roberta Martin.
