Nice quality home, just had our 11-month home inspection with Matt. Matt is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, personable, had the solutions we needed and scheduled follow up. Mary Lange was exceptional as well on the selection and purchase end. 5 Stars.

Hands down one of the best home buying experiences. We were hours away from signing a contract with Pulte homes but decided to make a quick pitstop at RT Homes in Lakeville to check it out. My wife and I met with Lisa Norton, who is smart, experienced, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Lisa helped us find our new home and answered all of our questions to ensure we got everything we wanted on top of moving in on time. It is because of Lisa Norton that we ended up buying our new home with Robert Thomas and we are so happy we did! We have lived in the house 3 weeks now and are loving the neighborhood. Our neighbors our great and the amenities are exceptional. I am really happy with the quality of construction and customer service. Everything that we need in our home is properly labeled and organized. My wife and I recommend this neighborhood and builder to any of our friends and family. We are extremely happy and are blessed to have such a beautiful home in such a wonderful community.

We worked with Lisa Norton, Greg Anderson, and Sean McNamara on for new home. I can not recommend this team enough. We have had several friends build houses in the past with other builders and warned us of the difficulties. We are happy to say our experience was nothing like our peers. The team at Robert Thomas was friendly and always were responsive to our questions. We appreciated their guidance and patience in walking us through our build. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to build.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Robert Thomas Homes!! We are 100% happy with every inch of our home. Lisa Norton provided us with exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Lisa knows her stuff and is very responsive. She’s become an extension of our family. Greg Anderson was also amazing! He did an excellent job of explaining the building process from start to finish and was very resourceful in answering our questions. We also enjoyed visiting the Design Center. Their expertise helped us design the home of our dreams. There were endless options available to us, and it was a lot of fun. If you’re in the market for a move, I highly recommend Robert Thomas and Spirit of Brandtjen Farms. Their knowledge and expertise informed my decisions and kept us on budget and within deadlines. Their diligence in responding to my emails and phone calls was more than reassuring, it made for an enjoyable experience and fond memories, plus my lovely home, of course.
