CROOKS! Do not hire Rodenhiser. They recently installed an AC system in our house for over $11,000, which soon completely failed. They came out & said the wiring had a bad chemical reaction between the copper & the insulation, causing countless pinhole leaks which had caused the refrigerant to leak out. They said they had known about this faulty wiring problem 6 years ago, and that it had almost bankrupted them, but that they had purchased a lot of the wiring from a manufacturer who has since gone bankrupt due to this problem. So they used the faulty wiring anyway because they had purchased so much of it, and now they want almost $6,000 to fix the problem they were responsible for causing! Criminal negligence, we are pursuing legal action.

Many thanks to the outstanding folks at Rodinheiser for replacing our central air-conditioning this July. Rick Picard and Nick Valenti were terrific in arranging and installing on short notice our new system to replace our failed 17-year old system in the middle of a heatwave. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and polite in all aspects of their job. In January, 2019, Rick and his team also installed a new boiler and tankless hot-water heater that has performed extremely well. Overall, we have found the customer service, expertise and professionalism of all of the Rodenhiser staff to be exemplary and we highly recommend them to others.

Mike Pitner inspected my water heater and gave me a quote to replace it. I felt comfortable discussing with him all the different options he presented and did not feel pressured about my decision. He made it clear it was what I wanted and not what was best for Rodenhiser. Mike is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just a super nice guy.

Called for service to fix a broken pipe. Was able to schedule same day appointment and technician fixed issue so washing machine would not leak water. They are expensive but show up on time and never had issues with work. Hired several times and they get the job done.

Rodenhiser is an excellent company: highly professional, trustworthy, and skilled. The team of Tyler M., Cam H., and Devin B. were exceptional in installing our Mitsubishi Electric Heating/Cooling system (1 outdoor 3-port unit, 1 indoor floor unit, and 2 indoor wall units). They went over the installation plans with us, worked out all concerns during installation, and reviewed the whole system with us when finished. They were prompt, friendly, very nice to work with, and very neat and tidy. It has been a few months since the installation, and my husband and I are extremely happy with the system and with our investment. I will definitely hire this company for future services.

I had water leaking in my house over the weekend. I called Rodenhiser and although they were very busy they understood the emergency l had and they sent a technician right away to my house. Stephen Poirier was the technician. He did a wonderful job. He was so professional from the moment he entered the house. HE explained to me the problem that we have and the solution to solve it. He was very patient to all the questions l asked him although it was the weekend and they were very busy. He did an excellent job fixing the water leak. Not only that he opened our eyes to another problem we had in the pipes andhe fixed right away . Thanks Stephen Poirier . Thanks Rodenhiser for the excellent job . Noha Hassanien

I had a great experience with Rodenhiser. Their technicians (Nate Fontaine and Tom P) did an outstanding job answering my questions and fixing my problem. There were multiple issues that had to be fixed and i had no heat so it was imperative to get it done ASAP. The company has many technicians so they are more readily available. I would recommend this company for the plumbing and heating work they did for me, Especially Nate. I was up in Maine and my parents were at my house with no heat and Nate conversed with me over the phone to get the job done.

The Rodenhiser team (Pat H, Kevin C, Chris R, Tyler M and Tyler R replaced our heating and a/c system. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They kept us up to date on the progress and left the area clean. Pat did a nice job walking us through the new system. Highly recommend.

Abner and Patrick made visits yesterday to service our mini-splits and boiler and they were both phenomenal. The explained what they were planning, checked out some issues we reported, and were efficient, yet through. Abner helped to figure out a thermostat issue we were having, and explained what he did so that we new. Love the Rodenhiser team!
