RRS Design + Build, LLC is an award winning firm that specializes in high end remodels and custom home builds in the Austin metro area. We work closely with our clients, guiding them through the entire design build process to arrive at the desired result. You will always have a direct line of contact to your General Contractor from day one and many of our projects utilize 3D computer renderings to give you a better feel for the final product before construction starts. Our online client portal will allow you to follow all aspects of your job including, but not limited to schedules, selection decision deadlines, photos, payments and contracts, all from your computer or mobile device. We are built on family values and are invested in continuous improvement based on industry trends and feedback from our valued clients, vendors and trade contractors. We attend the annual Design and Construction Week, which is the culmination of the International Builders Show and the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show to ensure we provide you with top notch products and construction methods as the industry evolves. RRS rebuilt my deck, tearing out the old and replacing with brand new. They did an outstanding job with state of the art materials to ensure my deck lasts for decades to come. They increased my square footage and the deck looks awesome! RRS was on time each day, finished ahead of schedule and under cost. They did a great job! My wife and I love it!

Our kitchen need a face lift! Randy and Cara came out, we discussed various options, both inside and outside the budget. They listened to my "must haves" and my "potential maybes". We ended up painting my cabinets, lowering the bar, changing the countertops, adding a new sink/appliances, placing glass in some of the cabinet doors and adding new hardware. We were able to use my space/existing cabinets to open and brighten the kitchen but keep costs down. In the end we created a space that reflects my style and taste. By making minor changes we made a complete transformation. I call it my Happy Place....

The RRS Design Build team is a very caring and experienced team. They work hard to get to know their clients personally and understand their needs and lifestyle. Randy and crew put in our new wood floors and redesigned our stairs. The project took a little longer than anticipated due to a few mid-project changes (by us) and a couple issues with subcontractors. When problems arose (as I'm sure they do in any project) Randy jumped in and took care of business to make sure the job was done to the highest standard. We love our stairs and new floors!!

Thanks for sharing the transformation pictures. The before and after of the stairs is certainly a beautiful transformation. Changing out the newel post and moving it on top of the bottom step creates a very clean look and is the perfect accent to the wood treads and white painted risers. The stained wood treads look great with the rest of the hand scraped wood flooring. Glad we could help you with your project. Looking forward to working with you again soon.

I have to say I love working with Randy and Cara at RRS Design + Build. The work they do at RRS is hands down some of the best remodeling work I have ever seen. The work done for us at our home (Flagler Dr) was nothing but spectacular. All of the things on our checklist were more than finished, they were done at a level far beyond our expectations. Randy and Cara helped us design an awesome kitchen--we love bringing people over to show it to them! We opted to keep the cabinets that came with the house, but with a few changes, a fresh coat of paint, new cabinet hardware, new countertops, and new appliances, it really looks and feels like a completely new kitchen. As a bonus, we were able to stay within our budget. The construction process went smoothly and the end result was even better than expected. All the crews involved did excellent work.

We are an electrical contractor in the Austin Texas area and have had the pleasure of working with RRS Design & Build on a number of different projects. We enjoy working with RRS Design & Build because they do a great job of keeping the projects moving along quickly yet don't sacrifice safety or quality. Also we have found them to be very open to suggestions from their subcontractors - not all builders are and the homeowner can suffer as a result.

I have worked with Randy at RRS Design and Build to create new spaces for homeowners - often without adding a large amount of area to the exterior. Randy is very thorough in his analysis of the needs of the client and brings in all trades in a collaborative effort to make the changes as efficiently as possible and with minimal disruption to the rest of their home.
