Ritu and her team assisted my clients in the tedious task of completing the permanent Certificate of Occupancy for their two-family townhouse. The process was made all the more complicated and sensitive given DOB's Covid-related delays and internal changes, as well as the fact that my client/owner had a ready buyer wanting to close on the house--but as they were financing, they required the CO to do so. What we had hoped would only take 3-6 months to complete ended up taking nearly 10, but Ritu and her team remained committed, patient and professional throughout. Having been in the industry as a broker for over a decade now, I am aware the challenges one can face with DOB and the various approvals needed for a townhouse CO, but I never expected this. I am so grateful to have had Ritu and her team shepherd us through this process, as we would no doubt still be in the weeds if not for them. They will remain my go-to resource for all things DOB, architectural integrity and planning!

Ritu was very professional. She helped me understand what would be need to renovate a property and how to approach the building owner with my questions and concerns. She responded promptly to all of my request for budgets and timelines. Her help saved me a lot of money

We interviewed 9 people fora complicated NYC Department of Building CoF issues, and Ritu stood out well above the others, and working with Ritu was an extreme pleasure. For several years we had been trying to solve issues with the DOB resulting from a building permit that was never closed over 10 years ago.Ritu's knowledge and experience of the DOB, PLUS her team of engineers and electricians made this an a amazingly complete team to get this job done. Ritu's Project Management and expectation setting skills are superlative. Dealing with the DOB is not an easy, and time consuming process. Ritu is there every step along the way to makes sure everything ,moves as quickly as possible... given the circumstances. I would highly recommend her for any architectural assignment. And as knowledgable professional that knows the NYC DoB I think you can find no better!

The language of architecture and complexities and specifications for NYC can be very frustrating and a scary process Ritu takes the time needed to explain and walk you through each process as you go along .
