Rug Rats has a showroom featuring hundreds of rugs and carpets from all the major mills and design houses. Stair Runners, Sisal and Seagrass, Woven Wiltons, Axminsters, stair rods, tapestry borders, and logo rugs are some of our specialties. If you are buying carpet or bound rugs go to Rugrats. Although I have not met Sandy in person, she treated me like a good friend through the entire process. She asked about the room, the amount of traffic through there and about my family. In all she ordered me 25 samples and then encouraged me to literally buy the least expensive one. It was extraordinary to work with someone who put my needs before any profit. After making my choice (2 weeks before Christmas) it was too close to Christmas to be able to use her regular installer. She gave me names and made many phone calls herself until she found an installer that she knew would be able to install the carpet well. It looks amazing! I is just disappointing that she doesn't sell everything for the home!

I've ordered several custom rugs from Rug Rats. All of which turned out fabulous! I get so many compliments on them because they are unique. They will work with you to determine the best design, size, material, color, etc. For example, I cut out a curvy hallway runner pattern on craft paper, rolled it up, sent it to Rug Rats and they turned it into an awesome Sisal rug. I highly recommend Rug Rats!

Rug Rats provided personalized and highly professional services to ensure that we purchased rugs of the appropriate size and fabric that best suited our living spaces. I highly recommend them without hesitation. They offer an extensive selection of styles, materials and designs for a variety of formal and casual rooms. Their keen sense of design was so important in guiding us to make selections that we will be happy with for many years. They take time to listen to your needs to be sure rugs work well in your space and are suitable for high traffic areas, pets or any other unique needs you may have.

I highly recommend Rug Rats. I recently purchased 2 custom Wilton rugs for my home. The rugs are gorgeous and the entire experience was excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, very quick to respond to emails, calls, requests for samples, and the prices beat any where else I shopped.

New custom rug for luxury summer rental turned out great and was priced well within our requested budget. Working with Sandy, a very knowledgeable professional was a pleasure. Sandy listened to what we thought we needed and then educated us on what would be best for the long term use and she was absolutely on the money. Our rug looks great, is very nice quality and can handle the abuse it takes in a vacation rental. I would never buy a rug again without first checking in with Rug Rats!

I had the enjoyable experience of working with Sandy Henderson of Rug Rats on several rugs for my home in Virginia Beach VA. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She made choosing the rug colors and sizes easy. The whole experience from my first call to having the rugs delivered went so smoothly. I highly recommend Rug Rats for any rug project.
