I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am in our new home. I still can't believe we live here! We tore down our old tiny house overlooking the beach and built a brand new 3 story modern masterpiece - all with the help of Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor. Each room is so special, designed with our interests at heart and it really reflects who we are as a family. Now we have a beautiful home where we can make so many wonderful memories. I can't thank them enough for making our dreams come true!

I'm a long time fan of Lori Dennis, Inc. and SoCal Contractor. My first experience was when we hired them to remodel and transform our master bathroom. They did such a great job, we hired them to help us work on the rest of our house and bring it up to date. One of my favorite aspects are the beautiful new wood windows. We get compliments all the time from our neighbors and guests, even our mailman. We then hired the teams to remodel our mother's home and make it more comfortable for her as she's aging. It put our minds at ease that she can move around safely in her home, and it looks amazing. So far, they've been 3 for 3, and we've got another home for them to help us with and I know it's going to be great. I have complete faith in them and their professionalism.

Lori Dennis did not disappoint. She handled the complete remodel of our 4,000 sq ft home. We experienced no stress because Lori and her team handled it all from start to finish with an impressive timeline. All the designs and all the construction communications to SoCal Contractor were handled by her team. No detail was too small and no detail was left unaddressed. Ron Z, our SoCal Contractor was approachable, highly experienced, always willing to help, and honest. He held our satisfaction and happiness to a high regard. My husband and I are glad we had the right team working for us. We found Lori to be smart, decisive, and an expert in design. Overall very good communication and professionalism. We are highly satisfied with the finished product. Together with our kiddos, we thank Lori and her team, we cannot wait to fill our new home with a lot of lovely and happy memories. Thank you!

Working with SoCal Contractor and Lori Dennis Inc. has been an absolute pleasure, they are “By far the best company that I’ve ever worked for. It’s wonderful to have the right communication with both the designer and contractor; they are professional and great team to work with. I’ve been working on their high end projects for quite some time. Our crew has done all the drywall, plastering and beam refinishes and other jobs on their sites. They are very well coordinated, and the clients are extremely happy with all the work that is taking place. Communication with the clients is very important to me it helps me understand their ideas, and make sure we keep them informed of any changes. I will be more than happy to work with both teams again. I signed an agreement with Lori Dennis Inc and SoCal Contractor to work on an extensive remodel of my 4,000 square foot home in Playa Vista. The team was professional and easy to work with, giving me great ideas and detailed budgets for what I needed to get my home in tip top shape. I needed to move very quickly and they were able to handle my extremely fast pace, while being comprehensive, thorough and always with a smile. I'm now working on my second project with them. I highly recommend them, you can't go wrong!

the parlor barbershop

I have a barber shop in Los Angeles which was in bad need of a face lift. It's fierce competition in for customers in LA and your shop has to not only have top barbers and stylist, but it must look great too. I found Lori Dennis and the SoCal Contractor team on Houzz and after talking to them for 10 minutes, I knew they were the right fit! They were helpful, professional, down to Earth and listened to my vision. They executed a high quality and FAST product that will make my business even more successful than it is. Do yourself a favor, hire this team!

Streamline Landscape

I'm a successful landscape designer in Southern California. I've worked on a few projects for Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor. Both companies are top shelf. You can easily see from their portfolio that they design and build some of the most beautiful homes in the world. The entire team is hard working, professional and very easy going. They attract really nice clients who seem to love them. I always enjoy working with them, as they are talented, reasonable and committed to making things work for their clients. I highly recommend them!

I have had a professional and personal relationship with Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor for over 10 years. I am a nationally recognized specialist in marketing/SEO for the top designers, contractors and real estate agents. I work with an elite group. Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor are by far the best I've ever seen. In addition to being detail oriented, creative and proactive, they are nice people who are trustworthy and very down to earth. They understand the importance of listening to, hearing and implementing what their clients want and... they always seem happy to go to work. That says a lot. I am extremely happy with my extensive designer kitchen and family room remodel. They nailed it in every way.

Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor are awesome. Full stop. This is my second project with Lori. She completely transformed my loft in a way that I had never considered - it seemed like I was "trapped" into a specific room configuration just by the logistics but yet her magical brain and team broke through it. It was an amazing - and so pleasant! experience. I was initially nervous about working with a designer because a) I had a budget and b) I had my own ideas and opinions about what I wanted. Many designers blow the budget and force you into styles that don't fit your personality. Not Lori. She knew where to push and where to evolve her own creativity to fit my interests and taste. And we stayed within budget. I would unreservedly recommend Lori and her team to anyone looking for creative, colorful, and unconventional interpretations of space that coulda-shoulda been standard. I quite literally have people asking for her name every time they come into my loft. Thanks Lori and team!

Lori Dennis and her team are responsive and accessible. If you look at her high end designs you may be intimidated to reach out but don't be. I had a small job. She and her team were quick to respond and made me feel like a valued client.

Creative Finishes Ltd.

As the CEO of Creative Finishes Ltd. in Los Angeles, I was very fortunate to have been referred to Roy and SoCal Contractor to bid on one of his Projects in Beverly Hills. Well, 3 very successful Jobs later, I can honestly say that Roy is one of the most Honest, Respectful, and Detailed General Contractors I have worked with in the 18 years of our existence! With Roy, there are no excuses, just solutions! I look forward to bidding on more of his Projects in the future!
