We contacted Kitchen and Bath Inc. for a shower renovation This was made clear on first contact Spent the time to measure , take photos and follow up They quoted $15,000.! When I asked why renovating a shower would be so much they rudely explained that they don't do partial renovations. That's okay - but why waste my time in the first place to sent the specs and photos and why not explain in your reply that it was for a full reno(not the job I need) I found the rude and unprofessional -very glad that this process did proceed further with them Many reviews echo this as well

Stay clear or be prepared for delays, poor communication, poor quality, and a great lack in professionalism! Instead of being delivered a kitchen on September 16th as indicated on our contract, we were presented with a sample door painted in a completely different colour. There was absolutely NO reason why we had to wait until the actual delivery date to approve the colour. This could have been done weeks prior since we selected the colour on August 20th. What makes matters worse was that no apology was ever given for the delay. We are now at the end of December and our kitchen is still not complete!! How do you explain this??

I was told by the manager that my kitchen reno would take five weeks it took five months The work started in November 2015 and ended May 2016. They had lots of people in and out doing the same job eg.the electrics had six different men run it and it is still not right.The breakers are tripping the lights are flickering and humming and the plugs are getting hot.They messed up my kitchen floor.The tiles are uneven and I keep tripping on them and there are two different grout colors.They refuse to make it right even though they saw it was not done properly but proceeded to fire the workers.They then proceeded to install the cupboards and the first guy they hired messed it up.There are uneven spaces and the grouting is already cracking The project manager refuse to do anything but try to patch up things.I feel violated by this company.I was taken advantage of because they saw I was a widowed senior on my own.PLEASE HELP.

Quality material and workmanship. Some delays due to negligence during demo but was quickly addressed and repaired.All in all satisfied with the results.

The best renovation experience I ever had. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I got my dream kitchen thanks to Kitchen and Bath. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking of renovating. I look forward to our next big en-suite and bathroom renovation this summer

We hired Kitchen and Bath Inc to renovate our kitchen. Since we did not know anyone who could recommend a contractor, we went with our intuition after meeting with Hamid. They understood our need for a simple, classic kitchen and designed and executed a kitchen exactly to what we had in mind! They kept close to the estimate, the only additions were for a couple of issues that were uncovered during the work. They had also estimated 4 weeks for completion and actually finished the work 2 days early! The team was extremely responsive and respectful under Dan/Sofien, our project leads. We love our new kitchen and are considering getting our master ensuite renovated by them in the near future! Thanks to the extended team of Tiana, David, Tina and Amir! Ask for Shapur, he is resource par excellence!

We had a full kitchen redone. Amir did an amazing job designing the cabinets. He designed a beautiful wall unit from scratch. He was able to reposition a peninsula that other vendors said could not be done. The project manager, Sofian, did an admirable job assigning good tradespeople to do the installations and detailed work. The end result is a beautiful kitchen. We are very pleased.

Tiana is really great when she met me and my wife for the first time in the showroom, very welcoming, respectful and very friendly and promised to provide a good service. Through the process we had some heck ups with someone else in the office for poor design but she got involved and resolved everything and made us change our decision of not continuing to keep things as is and provide us with nice ideas and was very helpful and made what she promised. Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job as we had our complete main floor renovated with a new kitchen. the quality of the cabinets were number one! the whole job took about 3 weeks longer but the outcome was worth it. If you get ceramics done ask for Edmond who is a perfectionst. Great job guys!
