ordered 11 48x24 blue stone pavers to use as a steping stone path and, all 11 were received broken and cracked in half. I understand that chips can occur however 100% is extreme. Still awaiting communication from company.

Ordered a sample for $7. After about 10 days the package arrived empty. Only the packing slip was inside. I called to notify the company to have another sample shipped. They wanted a picture first of the package. Not a good sign of doing business if it took a week and a half to get the sample. Not to mention questioning the fact that the package arrived empty. It would make me nervous to make a purchase and deal with issues if any existed with quality.

We appreciate your feedback since it pushes us to improve our services a notch above your expectation.

It looks like the box might have had problems in transit which also explains the reason for its delay. These are things beyond our control but we ship out the replacement right away. I see the missing was reported weeks after delivery hence we might have asked for pictures.

Your website advertised a price of $3 per sq ft for tile. I requested 200 sq ft. My receipt reflects that amount. I was only received 86 sq ft. Your company told me to take a hike. I attempted to return the tile to the warehouse it was shipped from, only to find out you are not a real tile company. MSI was not interested in me returning it. I purchased the remaining tile from them.

I called and spoke with a man who assured me that he had been to the warehouse and that the tile I was looking for was white. So, I ordered a sample. Then a woman called and said she wanted to make sure she had my information correct for mailing the sample. During the conversation she said she would mail me photos. She also said that the sample I was getting was a small piece, not the 12x24 I paid for. I told her not to bother sending the sample because it would not be truly indicative of what I was ordering. She told me my sample had already shipped and could not be stopped. She sent the photos and called to see how I liked them. When I told her they were too yellow she began a hard sell that I should buy them and see. That they were not that yellow. I explained that I was looking for cool grey and white, not warm gold ad yellow. She just kept on and on until I had to end the call. Two days later I received an email that the sample shipped. So the sample had not shipped the week before when she told me it had! I received so much misinformation and high pressure from this company I would not ever use this company to buy anything. I have dealt with many companies over the years looking for products and this was by far the worst experience.

Hello Rochel,

We thank you for your feedback and after our further investigation have found out the following:

1. The order was for a FREE sample of 12x24 tile and not the full tile. Total paid was $7 as the cost of shipping via UPS from CA to GA. This was shown on the website prior to placing your order and the Invoice copy post the order.

2. The order for this sample was placed on Apr 11, 2016 11:20 AM EST and was processed the next day since it was past the cut off time. As per UPS tracking it shows the movement started Apr 12th 2016 at 7:19 A.M EST. The email sent out might have got delayed for some reason.

3. The sample sent was Arabescato Carrara for which the primary color is white and grey. Since this is a product of Nature it might have some variations and hence we suggest to go for a sample first. The samples collectively with the pictures for the five full tiles sent to your email address should be indicative for you to take a decision.

4. We will take care of the hard selling part and you will not have that complaint if you wish to deal with us in future.

Re-flooring is a big task and when you are re-flooring your entire house, it becomes expensive too. My friend suggested me to look for options on-line and lemme say I wasn’t disappointed. Tilesbay offered a huge variety of flooring tiles to choose from at affordable prices. Their home- delivery saved me a great deal of hustle!

I found Tilesbay when I looking for tiles for my new pool. I must say I was impressed by how they have segregated different tiles on the basis of their use. It saved so much time and effort of actually going store to store looking for that tile that would go with rest of my house. Their pool collection has become my personal favorite and I would gladly recommend it to others!

I was very disappointed. I feel I was the victim of a bait and switch. I selected a back splash tile from Tilesbay and paid $50 to have sample sent. (I am in Canada) Based on the sample I placed my order Before Tilesbay shipped the tiles they sent an email with photo asking to confirm. I was hesitant as I could not judge from the photo - I thought the tiles looked darker and tiles in the photo were wrapped in plastic and there was some glare. But , my mistake, I confirmed the order. The tiles i received were larger, darker and inferior quality. I complained, stating that quality and size were impossible to judge from the photo. Their response: tough, you confirmed, you bought. I cannot recommend this company

Please understand due to the basic structure of the material, samples cannot be an exact copy of the complete material we have in stock, more so when the time difference between ordering a sample and shipment is more and we have run out of the lot we sent out the samples from.

In such cases we send out lot specific pictures, which we assume reading your comment we did.

Although we do not compromise on quality and take each and every such complaint quite seriously. On that context if it is a genuine quality problem and it has been received by you in the last 60 days, we recommend you to kindly reply back on the order confirmation email with the specific quality problems you have had and we shall be happy to look into it.

Raul at tiles bay was very helpfull. He answered all of my questions and he offered constructive advice on several issues. Also my tile came on schedule and in good shape and it is beautifull. I also saved money in spite of the high cost of shipping. I would Reccomend Raul and tiles bay to anyone.
