High End Custom Residential Architecture in the Aspen and Snowmass Village area. T. Michael Manchester & Associates, Inc. began providing high quality architectural services throughout the Roaring Fork Valley in 1984. After over 25 years, we have evolved into a new company – Manchester Architects, Inc. Our focus is primarily on high-end residential architecture – both new projects and remodels – but extends to commercial projects as well. With two convenient locations in Snowmass Village and Carbondale, we provide the quality of service and product that our clients expect. “We create personal and financial equity in all that we do.”

I have worked with the firm for over 20 years and it continues to be a treat and pleasure to help them create wonderful projects and clients who become friends together. Projects have ranged in cost from $100,000.00 to over 6,000,000.00. Many good memories.

I have had an excellent experience with Michael and his team. This is our second project we have done and throughout our entire time working together they have shown the perfect balance of creativity and practicality. They have the ability to hear the client and respect their ideas but then add elements of design that makes the project even more special and exceptional. They also stay focused on the cost nature of the project and hold everyone accountable to those goals. It has continued to be a pleasure to work with them!

I did a major build out with Michael and his team. They were fantastic. Michael was easy to deal with- responsive to what we wanted and how we intended to get there. He hooked us up with a similarly very competent contractor. I've done many projects and was wary of using an "in house" contractor, but never felt marginalized. Juan, one of Manchester architects was especially terrific- he was the one to see the thing every one else had neglected. So I got the house of my dreams, when and how I wanted it. No tricks, just straight up professionals.
