These guys do great work....if you can get them to come by. They started my list of projects and said they would come back to finish the rest. I scheduled a day and time with them, but after waiting 2 hours with no returned communication, I gave up and cancelled the appointment. I hated to do that because they left work unfinished that I had already paid for, but after waiting on them on two different occasions (only to have a no show), I just gave up.

I do apologize for missing our appointment. This appointment was for you to so me additional work you wanted us to take a look at, provide an estimate and possibly complete work for you. We fullfilled our original estimate to my understanding. If there was or is an issue with work provided I would be more than happy to come by and fix any issues that you may have. I have used Top Notch Construction for many home repairs/remodeling. They guys always set estimates according to my schedule and complete all projects in a timely manor. My wife and I bought an old farmhouse several years ago. We are ready to put it up for sale, but it had much needed work to be done first. We hired Top Notch Construction to remodel the house inside and out. They did such a beautiful job on the house and the outside building, it makes us want to keep it. We would highly recommend Top Notch Construction for any remodeling job needed. They're the best!!

Jeremy and his crew replaced wooden siding, repainted the exterior of our house, and added a deck. They worked extremely hard and were very professional throughout the project. Jeremy communicated with me very well about the status of the project - some days I would even get multiple messages from him with updates. Everyone in the crew was friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and wanted feedback during the project. They were very flexible with timing and scope. I absolutely recommend them, and I know you'll be happy with their work.
