The day I met Tory Bond, I knew instantly she was someone I wanted to work with. I had moved into a remodeled 5,000 sq ft townhome. While the bones had potential, there were many issues I wanted to address and I was overwhelmed with home upgrades and extensive furniture needs. I had never worked on a full-scale makeover with a designer before. My realtor introduced me to Tory. From the begriming. Tory made me feel like I was her only client. In fact, she has never treated me merely as a “client”. She takes a personal interest and she cares about my happiness, my hopes, my dreams. I wanted a beautiful home that I can be proud of. My home has been transformed due to Tory’s vision. She has an ‘eye’ and sees the potential in spaces that I could never have envisioned on my own. She partners with me, pays close attention to the budget (her finance background is a big bonus), communicates exceptionally well and frankly, has made this entire experience fun. I look forward to days with Tory! I LOVE entertaining and giving tours of my home and talking about every fabulous detail. In addition, I am a long-time art collector so her design needed to not only showcase my collection but enhance it. I honestly cannot say enough positives about Tory and her team. We hired Tory after a previous designer was unable to meet our vision and collaborate with us on our whole house renovation. Our renovation was well under way and Tory was able to step in and seamlessly transition on to our project. She brought us so many fresh ideas, introduced us to a unique catalogue of products and was able to come up with custom solutions when we ran into road blocks on the project. She was able to design our rooms exactly as I had envisioned them in my head and had so much patience to source the ideal products to match my vision. Her patience to make sure the execution and attention to detail is what I imagine sets her apart in her profession. Another huge bonus to having Tory join our project was that she created harmonious working relationships with our contractor and tradesmen which helped the project move along in a more effective and efficient way. Tory is extremely talented - her eye for creating a space that is earthly, inspiring, and unique was our original draw to her work. We ended up hiring her because we knew that her background in finance and her eye for detail would help us stay within our preset budget for beautiful fishes and furniture. We loved that she had an exciting vision for our home and knew her way around Excel. She took our home, which felt originally generic, and helped us transform it into a home that is both livable (for a family with two young boys and a big dog) and beautiful! Tory has renovated almost every room in my house to perfection. I can't post a single picture of my kiddos in the house without someone commenting on how AMAZING my home looks. Tory is a very interesting combination of talents. Her eye for creating beautiful things is entirely unique and flawlessly executed. At the same time, Tory has a degree in finance and she is very thorough in understanding and estimating costs and tracking progress to date. Not only is my house STUNNING, but it was all executed, per the budget within the timeframe delineated. I am a busy working mom of three kiddos. One of my favorite things about Tory is she quickly learned my tastes and preferences along with my schedule constraints. Hence, she never overwhelmed me with too many options. She'd always distill potential designs into quick bite-size elements of choices and we'd be off the races. For clients that want to be more hands-on, she partners well in that environment too.

I work with Tory as a lighting consultant at one of her vendors. She is a real pleasure to work with. Tory is obsessed with finding the perfect fixtures and pieces for her clients. I often work with her on contemporary or Mid Century Modern projects. Tory knows these complex styles well and she chooses fixtures and furnishings that perfectly compliment one another. Tory's clients love her for her attention to detail and her ability to help transform their space into one which is much more livable and enjoyable. Tory Bond (Tory Bond Designs) was wonderful to work with on our extensive renovation project in Littleton, Colorado. She has a background in Finance enabling her to generate spreadsheets for budgetary analysis. This was very helpful in our costing process. She has professional relationships with the best of the trade vendors, all of whom hold her in high regard. She assisted us in selecting kitchen cabinets, hardware, countertops, tile, shades and draperies, rugs and carpeting, furniture, linens, lighting, artwork and accessories.
