My experience with David and the team at Urban Design Solutions was excellent. They were easy to communicate with, No challenge was too hard and they have a great "Can do" attitude. Their plans were accurate and professional and our local council even mentioned " I wish we received all plans like this ". They met all deadlines and promises given. As a residential builder, I rely on my building designer for a professional and thorough design & service. Urban Design Solutions delivers without every time without fail. Dave, Tim and the team are fantastic to work with and produce quality designs and ideas. Urban Design Solutions have a working knowledge of all of the related industries (including Town Planning and building), which results in cost and time savings for the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great building designer.

We have had a few projects with Dave and his company. I could not recommend more highly to anyone who needs their projects designed on time, on budget and most of all accepted easily by various councils in SEQ. I am looking forward to working with Urban Design Solutions again in the near future.

Kommenteret: What are the dimensions of island? What is the width of your pendant?Hi, The island on this one is 2.4m long & 1.1m wide. We didn't select the pendants but I would think they were around 300mm square at the bottom. Hope this helps.
