US Window & Door

I really appreciate how easy the replacement window process was with my dealer. From the initial visit through the installation, every step was professional and trouble-free. The installation crew was fantastic, the windows look and operate so great. I couldn't be more pleased!

We used U.S. Window and Door about 4 years ago in our previous house. We recently moved into a new home, and knew a window upgrade was one of the first things it needed. We called Martin, and he and his crew did their usual thorough quality job. The new house had a couple larger window structures that required quite a bit of work, but the resulting product looked as if it had been designed right into the house from the beginning - perfectly integrated. Martin was always prompt and communicated frequently. His crew was always polite, extremely hard working, and easy to talk to. The product is outstanding, and we noticed a significant reduction in noise, and heat from sunlight right away. The new windows did exactly what we wanted them to do in our new home. And U.S. Window and Door made it easy and did a quality job.

We had two Milgard windows installed. One was a retrofit window and the other was a large window that we wanted framed to a much smaller window. Overall I would say that they did a good job. I had some minor issues like texturing for the reframed window and some caulking on the retrofit window (the ants found there way in). They came immediately within a few days to remedy the problem. My only complaint was getting the original job started. It took well over a couple of months to get the install started. We received the quote on 6/25/2014 and didn't get the work scheduled until 8/19/2014. This held up our kitchen remodel by 2 months which was a real bummer!

I've had multiple window and door renovations done by US Window & Door. Their work is professional and the final product looks great. Just finished the second install and I would work with them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.
