Coming from and installers perspective for unfortunately I am forced to be on my will to install this product I would never purchase any item of Walpole it is not craftsmanship without compromise measurements are off by inches degrees or off by multiple degrees absolute horrible product every job is absolute utter chaos not the right instructions everything name it and it's a problem do not order this product

We tried to order on line, the on line orders are separate from the rest of the company. The person in charge of internet orders is a real “BULLDOG”. They are lousy listeners. I tried to call them and did not receive a phone call back. Walpole products are great! Do not order from the Internet. Order from a person or from a regional store location. The shipping company from the Internet orders will only drop the product off on the street. What a night mare! I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is not one. I was told the company was owned by venture capital firm. That the employee did not know the name of the venture capital firm. There is no accountability at Walpole.

worst company I have ever dealt with. terrible at getting back to you and when they did the job the fence is crooked. emailed 3x and called twice and nothing corrected. charged my credit card for full amount

Incredibly difficult to work with. Need to chase sales person (Robin) multiple times. Deadlines missed, no urgency at all. Finally gave up and cancelled my order.

Quality product is negated by very high prices and extremely slow response times. A simple question can take days for a response. Still waiting for missing parts that should have come with original delivery

I purchased a granite mailbox and had a terrible experience and recommend that you find another place to purchase a mailbox. The sales team told me that someone would call or e-mail me to schedule the installation within 7-10 business days. After I had not heard from them within that time window, I contacted them. They told me that they still had not scheduled it but would check into it. Later that morning when my wife came home the crew was installing the mailbox that day but in the incorrect location. She had them re-dig the hole and fix it. I called them about lettering and numbers that took more time than we were told and again they could not get back to me to let me know when they would arrive. We ordered and again they never got back to me. I called them to discuss my experience and Judy said she would talk to her manager. I called back a week later and she said that her manager was suppose to give me a call. Off course, he did not. Then, she left me a message and said they would give me 10% off a future order. What was she thinking. Their customer service is awful and I will never buy from Walpole Woodworkers again.

I've worked with Walpole Outdoors over the years but have recently moved into a preferred trade account status with their company due to the trust that I have for their products. The cedar fencing products that they have supplied us have always been top notch and if an issue arises with any material or installation detail the follow up service has been as you would want- excellent!

After a lot of research, we selected Walpole Woodworkers to install a Pergola in our pool area. The men that came to install were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Since then, we have had two hurricanes blow through and it held up perfectly! I would hire them again without question. Their products are quality items. It saves me a lot of time because now I just go right to them for all of my outdoor furnishings and more. Thank you, Walpole Woodworkers!

We have had an incredible experience with Walpole's Phil Brennan to plan and build a custom fence for our beach house on the Northern Neck of Virginia. The quality of this "high-end" fence is distinctive and nothing else on the market compares to Walpole. We couldn't be happier. Living on the water demands products that are rot and insect proof. We have achieved that goal. The individual attention paid to detail by Phil in addition to his design suggestions, resulted in a custom product that fits beautifully with our massive renovation. Walpole Woodworkers exceeded my expectations. I hired them to install a light post in my front walk way. The sales rep, Beth, was extremely helpful and really took the time to understand our yard, the placement, and what would be the best fit for what we need. She asked us if we had a sprinkler system and when we answered yes, she informed us the light post we were interested in, may not be the best material down the road because it may rot from the water spraying onto the post. I was so thankful she brought that up because I didn't even think about that. The quality of the post is outstanding, it's a beautiful addition to our entry way. The install was seamless. We dug the hole, marked where the post should be installed and within minutes, the light post was up and perfectly straight! I would absolutely hire them again because I am confident regardless of the scope of the project, they will ensure it's completed to perfection.
