I have worked with Well Balanced Designs on several projects, and have always found their designers, office team and project managers to be highly organized, and provide a high level of service to their clientele. I would definitely recommend their services.

We are a to the trade only flooring supplier and therefore work with many different contractors & builders and can confidently say that Well Balanced Designs is one of our favorites to work with. From the design and materials selections process, to measuring & estimating all the way to final installation they are easy to communicate with, organized and extremely professional. They take immense pride in their work and it reflects in how they deal with their supplier and trade partners. Can't say enough wonderful things about working alongside this team.

George, Shane and their crew helped us out with a two month reno of our townhouse in Burnaby. They developed a budget and timeline, and stuck to both. George and Shane made themselves available for questions at any time, and were always able to provide straightforward, understandable answers. Their work was great and our place looks fantastic. The subcontractors they chose for flooring, drywall and cabnitery were great as well. We have even done a few follow up projects of our own, and Shane has come by a few times to improve our work at no extra cost. Thank you Well Balanced!

I hired Well Balanced Designs after watching them build my next door neighbour's home, which gave me a bird's eye view on how the project was coordinated and managed. I liked what I saw, and after my own year-long new home construction, I have only strengthened those first impressions. George brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work. He is honest and a man of integrity, and possessed of seemingly limitless patience. The latter trait was perhaps the most critical for a first-timer, like myself. In-house designer, Gabrielle Hennault is an absolute joy to work with, equally patient and supremely talented. I cannot imagine having done this without her. Together, George and Gabrielle are they are a dynamic duo. Rounding out the team on my project was Arno Schmidt, whose own expertise as a builder ensured everything was well managed and nothing fell through the cracks. Perhaps the best measure of my satisfaction with Well Balanced Designs, Inc. is that I'd engage them again -- in a heartbeat.

George Martin built a house for my wife and I in 2006 and we are very happy with it. The house has held up extremely well in the first six years. We would wholeheartedly recommend George in a new home or renovation project.
