Whitelaw Custom Homes did the most amazing job on our 10 month renovation/addition. Every step of the process was a pleasure and they brought our dream home to life! We are already looking forward to working with them again on the one room that we have not yet touched. We couldn’t recommend them more, and would never even consider working with anyone else.

Our experience working with Whitelaw Custom Homes on our home renovation continues to be excellent. Charlie and his team are truly professionals; they pay attention to all of the details, communicate effectively so that expectations are aligned, and ensure everything is completed to the highest quality. Whitelaw Custom Homes was the PERFECT fit for our project. Mr. Whitelaw and his team were timely, accurate, thoughtful, never said "no" and very budget-conscious. Charlie Whitelaw is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was recommended to us by a quite a few people when we are looking to build our home. We are very happy with our decision and 2 years later still highly satisfied. We were anxious when we started the process but Charlie did make it painless. He met all the deadlines for most part and was always there to help us through the process. Amazingly he did stick to his projected cost of the project. We are enjoying high quality of his work every single day.

Working with Whitelaw Custom Homes was a pleasure. The whole team was involved in making our home perfect. Every detail was addressed, no question was too small and they were always available for any request. The craftsmanship in our home is not only pretty but well made. All of the staff takes pride in every aspect of the project and follows through until the job is finished at the highest level of quality.

Most folks complain about house construction. Charlie and his team made the process enjoyable. They were extremely through and were always coming up with solutions to whatever challenges we encountered along the way. Over the 2 year construction, while we had our ups and downs, we always refer Charlie to all of our friends.

I highly recommend Whitelaw Custom Homes. They are outstanding. Our experience with the entire team and subcontractors was great. From the beginning Charlie was available and on site. He has many years of experience in the field and it shows. He is respected by his subcontractors and competitors. He was recommended to us by our architect. He is fair with all parties and his subcontractors enjoy working for him and all bring their A-game. He met all the deadlines and we passed all our inspections. If there was an issue, Charlie was here immediately to rectify it. We have now been in our home for 4 years. There are no issues and the house is amazing. I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Whitelaw Custom Homes.
