Established in 2008 Zoltan Construction has been quickly growing from basic projects to new custom home building as a result of dedication, hard work, attention to detail and with a unique straight forward approach that our customers appreciate. We have built over 100 projects to date with our largest project valued over 5million. Along with residential construction projects, we have completed several commercial projects and even had a successful government project on the NAVY Base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Although we are very diverse in wide range of fields our passion is in building new custom homes and custom renovations. I hired Zoltan to build a new home for me on a vacant lot that I owned. He was instrumental in helping me obtain a construction loan. He is not only a very good contractor, he has very good ideas when it comes to designing your home's interior. I appreciated his design contributions during the design phase of my new home. He is a contractor that could be trusted to deliver what you envision. The end result was a home that was built with quality materials. The most important part in selecting a contractor is trust that he will deliver a quality product and that is what Zoltan did for me at a reasonable price.

Zoltan is the type of contractor you want on your project. Highly driven and motivated, easy to work with and personable, attentive to detail and timely, Zoltan makes building painless and easy. Being the architect on a large residential project in Florida that included a number of out-buildings besides a large main house, I had the opportunity to work with Zoltan - it was not a simple project with so much to coordinate. I was very pleased with his organization, ability to ask the right questions, and motivation to not just do the easy fix, but do what was right for the project. I high recommend him and wish more contractors were as attentive and driven. I am very pleased with the process and care invested in the finished home!

As a homeowner, building a custom home can be very scary and stressful. Unlike a tract home were most of the selections are pre-determined; a custom home requires attention to detail and a great deal of organization. Zoltan Construction was able to discuss and work with my engineer and designer in order to turn my vision into an amazing reality. Zoltan Kecskes has a great eye for detail and was able to suggest money saving options while maintaining the overall quality of my home. He responded promptly to all my concerns in a timely professional manner. Overall wonderful experience.

We are Morgan Building Constructors. We contracted with Zoltan to provide the complete shell and framing package on this project. It was a pleasure to work the Zoltan organization because they understand how to facillitate the production and quality requirements of this marketplace. The project ran well.

Zoltan was professional, honest, and fair. I have used him on 2 homes, my mom has used him,and we have all recommended his services to other friends. As a general contractor - he can get anything done that you need. (We have done roofing, flooring, electrical, painting, sun rooms, insulation, water damager repair, mirroring). He will coordinate everything for you - and be there to insure things are done right. If something is not, he stands behind it and insures that it is corrected. I have found his staff to be friendly, reliable, trust-worthy - and funny! No job is too big or too small. Don't be hesitant to use him just because he is a contruction company. He can offer a lot of value on smaller projects as well. Zoltan is perfect for your "hunny do" list as well.

Zoltan changed my bathtube into a shower stall, replaced my carpet for tile and built up some walls and closets. These changes were in three different times, what means that since he first worked in our home we liked his service so much that we kept calling him for other projects. I highly recommend his company.

This is the best and most reliable construction company that we have ever worked with. We hired them several times for smaller jobs and some really big projects as well. They delivered ON TIME and the highest quality. They kept us informed during the projects, great communication. A++++++++
