“Hugh has completed two projects for us. The first was designing an extension at the rear of our property some 20 years ago. Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners. The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension. Again this has blended in perfectly and met with the total approval of the planning authorities. Hugh is a delight to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“Hello Matt Plummer was our architect for a complete renovation of our terrace house in Ely. It was an ambitious project and Matt was there to give professional advice on planning and to make suggestions about how we could achieve what we wanted for this dark, akward space. In addition he provided us with creative, beautiful solutions to the problems that this rather rundown house presented. He drew up detailed plans for us and was always on hand to advise us and our builders. He ensured that planning applications were applied for and that inspections were carried out appropriately. He sourced materials for us, adapted plans and was endlessly patient and professional in guiding us through this major project. He was absolutely reliable and honest in his dealings with us and very pleasant to work with. “I work normal office hours and really struggled to get anyone to come out and look at my property in the evening. Lee came out the evening after I called him at 8pm with no fuss, and had some sketches mailed to me later that night! Amazing service. We went ahead with all of the drawing stages and are now so proud of our extension. Would highly recommend above all other on the grounds of the customer experience alone.”
