“The kitchen and bath designers at Artisan Design Tampa have more than 25 years experience and can meet any budget and any design requirement. This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“I made appointment for estimate with owner, Nick for installation of gutters. I found the estimate to be very reasonably priced for the size of my home. He made sure to have someone call me when running behind schedule. I would definitely consider hiring this company”

“I have used Juan Carlos Ricardes, as well as his company, as a consultant for varied projects for my commercial law office. These projects have included graphic design and brand imaging; interior design projects within the framework of my commercial law office space, as well as a consultant to address existing design flaws inherent in the commercial law office space prior to his involvement. Further, I intend to involve him in key aspects of the overall redesign, both exterior and interior, of my new personal residence. The reasons why I have been so satisfied with Juan Carlos Ricardes is his broad experience to include both interior and exterior design of residential and commercial spaces, as well as his experience with graphic design. “We could not have been more delighted with the renovation done in our home by Jacobsen Custom Builders. Their attention to detail at every stage of the job was matched by their ability to see how each detail fit into the project as a whole. JCB was offered a complex project of incorporating an additional ½ bath as well as reconfiguring entry and exits to a master suite and building a master closet within the perimeters of a historical home. They offered excellent suggestions and ideas that we had not considered. Brett was a warm and welcome fixture on site and treated every step of the work on our house as if it were his own. The trades people were outstanding and Brett coordinated their work beautifully. We are grateful for their expertise as well as their good will. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and we definitely got the feeling that JCB cared about this project and our satisfaction.”
