Actual space before Jodie's move
Jodie is a busy Trader working in the City needing help to furnish and decorate her first starter home, a 2 bed flat in Empress Works, Hackney. The complex is designed in an industrial style with large warehouse style windows and exposed concrete. It also comes with a resident's roof terrace overlooking the Regents Canal and cityscape views. But like most new builds after viewing the show home your new space looks empty and cheerless. As we got to know Jodie and her style and what she wanted to achieve, it was important to her to feel cosy and homely from the start.
