RR RedesignThis home needed a modernized farmhouse style. When I first entered the home the first design dilemma was the long and narrow hall. Shiplap came immediately to my mind. What a beautiful accent wall! Adding new accents in neutrals and seafoam green welcome you to the new space. The new curtains hung high allow for the step down family room ceilings feel taller and a huge impact to the room. Woven shades with black out liners adds a natural textile and much need sun block into the space.
Anthony WestWe updated the lower level family room by white-washing the fireplace, replacing the carpet with a luxury vinyl plank, and preserving the wood paneling. Going with one of our favorite Greys "passive" by Sherwin Williams, this space instantly became brighter and more inviting.
DesignFix LLCThis San Francisco home had beautifully restored interior details, including curved window walls, wood wainscoting, and an arched fireplace. We furnished it with a blend of modern and traditional pieces to express the minimal and laid-back feel desired by our clients.

SH interiorsWe completely renovated this space for an episode of HGTV House Hunters Renovation. The kitchen was originally a galley kitchen. We removed a wall between the DR and the kitchen to open up the space. We used a combination of countertops in this kitchen. To give a buffer to the wood counters, we used slabs of marble each side of the sink. This adds interest visually and helps to keep the water away from the wood counters. We used blue and cream for the cabinetry which is a lovely, soft mix and wood shelving to match the wood counter tops. To complete the eclectic finishes we mixed gold light fixtures and cabinet hardware with black plumbing fixtures and shelf brackets.
Clear Home Designa charcoal lacquered library does double duty as a music room and book retreat. the midcentury zig zag draperies against the grey velvet sofa create the modern vibe while the live edge walnut slab cocktail table softens the edge.
