Michael Kline & CompanyMajor interior renovation. This room used to house the boiler, water heater and various other utility items that took up valuable space. We removed/relocated utilities and designed cabinets from floor to ceiling to maximize every spare inch of storage space. Tina Kuhlmann - Primrose DesignsCocktails and fresh linens? This client required not only space for the washer and dryer in the master bathroom but a way to hide them. The gorgeous cabinetry is toped by a honed black slab that has been inset into the cabinetry top. Removable doors at the counter height allow access to water shut off. The cabinetry above houses supplies as well as clean linens and cocktail glasses. The cabinets at the top open to allow easy attic access.

Troxel Custom HomesSpending time in a Laundry should be a breeze in a room painted in Sweet Daphne (Benjamin Moore). The Shaker rubbed through black custom cabinetry sit on Dal tile.
MRF Construction, Inc.The mudroom has a separate entrance to the back yard and a recessed nook by the door for shoe and coat storage. An old ironing board cabinet from the kitchen was repurposed for keys, wallets and a charging station for cell phones. A full height pantry was added to the mudroom for overflow food storage. The mudroom also has a washer and dryer, a large sink, a second dishwasher and a large countertop perfect for folding laundry or cleaning up after a get together.
