earth IncThis small Cabbage Town garden has a relaxed feel with elements of Japanese garden design. A low hardwood boardwalk creates easy access to the lane-way parking and connects the dining and lounging areas. A natural gas fire pit it situated between these two spaces so the warmth can be felt no matter where you sit in the yard.

Smart Technology provides a seamless integration of a home’s operational systems – and security rooms and safe haven is taking a lead in homes where privacy is of the utmost importance.

株式会社LADセルロースファイバーを採用することで遮音性を高め、バリの静かな自然を感じられるように計画。居室内は外部の音がほとんど聞こえない為、より夫婦の会話が鮮明に、BGMはよりクリアに聞こえ、優雅な時間を過ごすことが可能です。
リビングとテラスは大スパンによる大空間を実現し、リビングは無柱空間を実現。大きなテラス窓を開放することで、パーティーなどで一体的に利用できる計画。テラスには背の高い壁を計画し、プライバシーを確保しながら、「花ブロック」を内部に採用することで通風・採光は確保しております。
折り上げ天井内には間接照明を計画し、バリの雰囲気を盛り上げるアイデアを。
UserThe deck over the small burbling pond provides a meditation or yoga space. The wooden sculpture of a stag doubles as a comfortable chair.
カジャデザイン約20帖の広い中庭には、立派な紅葉の気が佇んでいます。天気のいい日にはリビングの窓を開け放ち、室内外を一致として過ごすことができます。中庭の壁面にも室内と同素材の石材を使用して空間の連続性を強調しています。
