Advance Design Studio, Ltd.A cramped and compartmentalized master bath was turned into a lavish spa bath retreat in this Northwest Suburban home. Removing a tight walk in closet and opening up the master bath to the adjacent no longer needed children’s bedroom allowed for the new master closet to flow effortlessly out of the now expansive master bath.
A corner angled shower allows ample space for showering with a convenient bench seat that extends directly into the whirlpool tub deck. Herringbone tumbled marble tile underfoot creates a beautiful pattern that is repeated in the heated bathroom floor.
The toilet becomes unobtrusive as it hides behind a half wall behind the door to the master bedroom, and a slight niche takes its place to hold a decorative accent.
The sink wall becomes a work of art with a furniture-looking vanity graced with a functional decorative inset center cabinet and two striking marble vessel bowls with wall mounted faucets and decorative light fixtures. A delicate water fall edge on the marble counter top completes the artistic detailing.
A new doorway between rooms opens up the master bath to a new His and Hers walk-in closet, complete with an island, a makeup table, a full length mirror and even a window seat.
Lincorp / BorchertBeautiful free standing tub is the centerpiece of this space. Heated flooring under the wood tile keeps toes warm in the winter months. Travertine subway tiles are used on the alcove wall to give a backdrop to the the tub.

Sheila Rich Interiors, LLCA complete reappointment of this bathroom/bedroom suite was necessary in order to make the bathroom functional, formal, and up to date while incorporating the client's favorite colors of pink and green. The custom-designed 12 ft. wood vanity with individual sinks and mirrors along the main wall creates a focal point, and two medicine cabinets are seamlessly and invisibly integrated into each of the sides of the upper cabinets. Small mosaic tile introduces an attractive soft new texture around the green glass mirror surrounds and creates an interesting contrast while coordinating with the floor and the shower interior.
Rejoy Interiors, Inc.Warm wood tones, honed limestone, and dark bronze finishes create a tranquil area to get ready for the day. The cabinet door style is a nod to the craftsman architecture of the home.

Normandy RemodelingThis bathroom was part of a master suite addition for a homeowner in the Chicago area. It was created by Award WInning Normandy Designer Vince Weber, who did a fantastic job with keeping with the original style of this traditional home.
Robinson InteriorsA small master bathroom gets an enlargement, with an ample walk-in shower and double vanities. A custom valance and cushion for the homeowner's antique chair soften up the space.

Boyce Design + BuildThis beautiful custom spa like bathroom features a glass surround shower with rain shower and private sauna, granite counter tops with floating vanity and travertine stone floors.
MAKHNO studioThis bathroom exudes minimalistic elegance, with a harmonious blend of neutral tones and clean lines. The strategically placed built-in shelving offers a seamless look while providing functional storage space. The modern fixtures and understated design elements come together to create a calming oasis for relaxation.
Designer's TouchWe took this awkward bathroom, with its tiny shower and toilet in the center of the floor, and created an oasis that is not just functional, but also luxurious and sophisticated. Below a custom mirror, the gray bathroom vanity features a white quartz waterfall edge countertop. The toilet has been relocated to the other side of the vanity and is now mounted to the wall. The heated floors are covered in a gray herringbone pattern that complements the custom gray built-in cabinets - perfect for storing towels, supplies and personal items. The walls have large scale tiles arranged in a diamond pattern, with an accent wall in a warm ash-color. And finally, to create a high-end experience, we installed a bubble jet freestanding tub which sits in front of the 10’ wide shower, featuring a wall niche with LED light.
