Riverside Construction, LLCIn keeping with the era of the house, Riverside Construction re-surfaced the existing claw-foot tub and added a new painted vanity with a Carrara marble top. A beautiful crystal pendant light from the Maxim Glimmer collection was added above the sink and carefully selected wallpaper was used to closely resemble the pattern in the heirloom sink.
Saikley ArchitectsKitchen, bath and master bedroom remodel on a very modest budget. Cramped, dark spaces with inefficient floor plans were opened up and made much more functional. Many salvaged parts were used in the project for economy and beauty. The Victorian style was respected while also making the spaces contemporary in feeling and use.

Mabel Fox DesignThis room is a triumph as a family bathroom, there is plenty of room for the kids to splash about at bathtime and the roll top is the perfect relaxation space for a long soak for the parents. There was room to have a seperate walk in shower and a fabulous bespoke vanity unit, so a win all round!
