Our clients were in the market for an upgrade from builder grade in their Glen Ellyn bathroom! They came to us requesting a more spa like experience and a designer’s eye to create a more refined space.
A large steam shower, bench and rain head replaced a dated corner bathtub. In addition, we added heated floors for those cool Chicago months and several storage niches and built-in cabinets to keep extra towels and toiletries out of sight. The use of circles in the tile, cabinetry and new window in the shower give this primary bath the character it was lacking, while lowering and modifying the unevenly vaulted ceiling created symmetry in the space. The end result is a large luxurious spa shower, more storage space and improvements to the overall comfort of the room. A nice upgrade from the existing builder grade space!

Pinnacle Design & RemodelingQuick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.
Rande Leaman Interior DesignThe guest bathroom has the most striking matte glass patterned tile on both the backsplash and in the bathtub/shower combination. A floating wood vanity has a white quartz countertop and mid-century modern sconces on either side of the round mirror.
HRS BUILDExample vintage meets Modern in this small to mid size trendy full bath with hexagon tile laced into the wood floor. Smaller hexagon tile on shower floor, single-sink, free form hexagon wall bathroom design in Dallas with flat-panel cabinets, 2 stained floating shelves, s drop in vessel sink, exposed P-trap, stained floating vanity , 1 fixed piece glass used as shower wall.
ULAH Interiors + DesignWe took a tiny outdated bathroom and doubled the width of it by taking the unused dormers on both sides that were just dead space. We completely updated it with contrasting herringbone tile and gave it a modern masculine and timeless vibe. This bathroom features a custom solid walnut cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly.

Design Set MatchThis tiny bathroom wanted accessibility for living in a forever home. French Noir styling perfectly fit this 1930's home with modern touches like curved corners on the mirrored medicine cabinet, black grid framing on the shower glass, and an adjustable hand shower on the same bar as the rain shower head. The biggest challenges were finding a sink with some countertop space that would meet code clearance requirements to the corner of the closet in the adjacent room.

Schluter 3cm Cambria Carrick quartz vanity countertops and shower curb cap. Delta Trinsic Brushed Stainless shower and vanity plumbing fixtures and accessories. Ann Cope Interior DesignThis ensuite has been transformed into a luxurious and functional space that perfectly complemented her bedroom. The muted green with a peachy pink effect like onyx for the tile from Artisan of Devizes added a beautiful touch of warmth and texture, while the accents of gold added a touch of glamour. The traditional vanity with contemporary finishes created a unique and stylish look, and the reeded effect glass shower screen provided a sleek and modern touch.
Neil Kelly CompanyA fresh and modern design creates a feeling of spaciousness in a small condo bathroom. A simple white floating vanity with a white quartz countertop and black accents. Three whitewashed floating shelves above the toilet. Decorative pendant lighting adds personality along with geometric shower tile in shades of blue and a terrazzo marble floor. Grab bars and a shampoo ledge in the shower add functionality. The curved glass half-wall shower enclosure all but disappears.
