Christopher Maya Associates Inc.Maya's inspiration was the water. The family spends summers by the ocean, and the husband sails. Christopher started with those simple Roman shades, which have a purplish-blue stripe. He thought that blue would be great for the walls, and it really was. The space was tight — there was no room for nightstands on both sides of the bed. So instead he gave the wife a small desk. She can shut the door and write. She really liked the simplicity of this room.

J Hill Interiors was hired to fully furnish this lovely 6,200 square foot home located on Coronado’s bay and golf course facing promenade. Everything from window treatments to decor was designed and procured by J Hill Interiors, as well as all new paint, wall treatments, flooring, lighting and tile work. Original architecture and build done by Dorothy Howard and Lorton Mitchell of Coronado, CA.
Miriam Moore Design Studio LLCMIRIAM MOORE has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Miami International University of Art and Design. She has been responsible for numerous residential and commercial projects and her work is featured in design publications with national circulation. Before turning her attention to interior design, Miriam worked for many years in the fashion industry, owning several high-end boutiques. Miriam is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Jim Sharples FurnitureWe are sometimes lucky enough to get to completely transform rooms. This beautiful old cottage had a small third bedroom with an awkward ceiling and no storage and we designed and made these wardrobes and bedside and over bed cupboards. The room was completely transformed.
A few weeks after these had been finished Susan told us she had spent a lot of time in the doorway just staring at her new cupboards. She absolutely loves them and we couldn’t be happier either!

This wardrobe has been hand painted in Farrow and Ball paint - the colour was ringwold ground.
