The living room entry was changed to make this a contained room with wood burner, large family sofa and additional seating as well as a kids play area at the front. French doors allow you to access to the garden - with great views. The floor is herringbone bamboo and the walls are two shades of green.

For this room we maximised the client's resources by updating the existing sofa and armchair with new cushions. We sourced a vintage armchair and Ercol coffee table, and repurposed a dresser from the guest bedroom, turning it in to a TV and media storage unit. The room was brought together with a new rug, plants, art and accessories,

Contemporary living space addition to the rear of a heritage home in inner Adelaide. The north facing addition connects with opens directly to the garden via sliding glass doors. A rough hewn timber feature wall continues indoors to outdoors. The entire space has hidden lighting with some pendant lighting as a feature. An elevated black fireplace is integrated with large nooks for firewood and and adjacent reading nook.

This living room features a stunning, thoughtfully designed feature wall that serves as a captivating focal point. We were commissioned to give the ROBERT LANGFORD FURNITURE upholstery showroom a make over for Focus Design week 2019. We chose a 'Palm Springs' theme and used Thibaut fabrics and wall coverings. We selected a dark chocolate brown wall colour, that high lights the white painted decorative plaster. And mixed the geometric bamboo cane design with the organic chinoiserie, both in a strong blue and white.

We sourced this mid century teak armchair and had it reupholstered in a warm-coloured Kirkby fabric. The dark bamboo flooring is both budget and environmentally conscious whilst looking amazing.
