Ein Highlight, was erst auf den zweiten Blick funktioniert ist die Akustikdecke von Lignotrend. Sie sieht nicht nur gut aus, sie gibt dem Raum auch eine perfekte Akustik und trägt so zum Wohlgefühl bei.

Wiebke Maaß KaminbauDieser geputzte Eck-Kamin wurde mit einem auf Maß gefertigten keramischen Feuertisch ausgestattet. Zur Erweiterung der Anlage wurde ein Holzfach neben dem Kamin in eine Nische eingepasst. Durch die hochschiebbare Scheibe ist der Kamin leicht zu bedienen und gibt einen schönen Blick auf das gemütliche Kaminfeuer!

Les espaces sont volontairement très épurés, avec un espace cuisine ouverte dont la segmentation de l'espace se fait par le sol.
Le salon donne directement sur une terrasse de 30m², donnant sur une piscine de 4x8m, le tout dans un grand jardin de 300m².
A l'étage, une suite parentale avec deux dressings d'un côté de la maison et de l'autre côté, deux chambres d'adolescents, avec chacune leur salle de bain et un dressing commun. Ces deux chambres donnent sur une grande terrasse au dessus du jardin d'accueil côté rue.

They trusted the PID team to remodel their home with Landmark Remodeling while they were away enjoying the sun and escaping the pains of remodeling... dust, noise, so many boxes.
The clients wanted to update without a major remodel. They also wanted to keep some of the warm golden oak in their space...something we are not used to!
We landed on painting the cabinetry, new counters, new backsplash, lighting, and floors.
We also refaced the corner fireplace in the living room with a natural stacked stone and mantle.
The powder bath got a little facelift too and convinced another victim... we mean the client that wallpaper was a must.
