Timberlake Custom HomesThis welcoming Craftsman style home features an angled garage, statement fireplace, open floor plan, and a partly finished basement.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingTschida Construction alongside Pro Design Custom Cabinetry helped bring an unfinished basement to life.
The clients love the design aesthetic of California Coastal and wanted to integrate it into their basement design.
We worked closely with them and created some really beautiful elements like the concrete fireplace with custom stained rifted white oak floating shelves, hidden bookcase door that leads to a secret game room, and faux rifted white oak beams.
The bar area was another feature area to have some stunning, yet subtle features like a waterfall peninsula detail and artisan tiled backsplash.
The light floors and walls brighten the space and also add to the coastal feel.
Studio CroftA fireplace face lift, a continuous wall of custom cabinetry, plus a lot of symmetry & rhythm helped to tie the existing living room (right of center) in with the new expanded living space (left of center).

Mountainwood HomesThe full-height drywall fireplace incorporates a 150-year-old reclaimed hand-hewn beam for the mantle. The clean and simple gas fireplace design was inspired by a Swedish farmhouse and became the focal point of the modern farmhouse great room.
TLN INTERIORSThis home had some great features when the clients purchased it, but they felt a bit haphazard and unconnected. While the faux wood beam, iron chandelier, and stone fireplace were there when we arrived, we worked to make them fit the clients and the space. Custom cabinets were built to hold the client's stereo system, the walls were painted to make the fireplace stand out, and new furniture was chosen. When we found the picture on the wall, everything came together.
Design Shop Inc.Dark stain is repeated on the wood-panel-clad wall in the living room, with a recessed niche for a flush TV. The fireplace mantle and hearth are large scale stone surrounded by a metallic tile that plays off of the sparkle in the kitchen backsplash.
Addison Grace DesignThe focal point of the living room is the floor to ceiling tiled fireplace. A simple yet effective medium wood mantle is set against the dark tile. The same wood colour is seen throughout the home in the exposed wood beams and trim.
