RECESS FOR THE SOUND BAR 80 MM BELOW THE TV. HATCH IN THE SIDE FOR ACCESS TO CABLING. GAZCO ELECTRIC RADIANCE INSET FIRE 135R POSITIONED 300 MM OFF THE FLOOR. Natural tones run throughout, with each room boasting its own palette. The living room looks to autumn for inspiration, with earthy colours, burgundy accents and pops of black that tie in with the window frames. The living room was tweaked to create a large seating area with a corner sofa and a separate reading area. We also designed a contemporary fireplace, with an easy-to-use bioethanol fire. Grand Hotel in Via Veneto

A unit in walnut and bronze acts to create a study. Lacquered shutters were fixed to the back of the unit so that the study can be screened off from the living area when desired. Photography: Ben Blossom

Sitting room with an incredible view and access into the garden. A bespoke orange TV unit and lime chairs make this room pop and look fantastic with the green grass and orange brick garden walls outside. Frameless bi-folding glass doors and 3 panel roof light bring incredible light into the space. And a glass box encases a staircase down to an under garden basement.

The heart of the home is the reception room where deep blues from the Tyrrhenian Seas beautifully coalesce with soft whites and soupçons of antique gold under a bespoke chandelier of 1,800 hand-hung crystal droplets.

Anna Stathaki This media unit is formed of a selection of pieces from West Elm, and provides a great amount of storage space for all your media must-haves. The ladder shelving unit is from an independent maker, and is made of reclaimed materials to give it a vintage appeal. The 'Dreamboats and Jaders' neon artwork really lifts the space creates a funky fun feel, that is echoed in areas through the property.
