Faux Wood ceramic tile transitioned to stone tile.
Mosaic Niche. Claw foot tub with oil rubbed bronze finishes. Glass mosaic installed on the windowsill. No casing around the window.

All work completed in house by Andrew and our talented crew.
Original floor had major structural issues. Leveled and sistered all the joists. Greenboard installed on the walls with first coat on seams. Kerdiboard installed on tile walls.
Lindy Design BuildThis little bathroom was also in need of an update. We had a custom door made to match the existing doors in the home and added porcelain doorknobs that feel right at home. We added a pattern tile to the floor for a little interest but kept the rest of the finishes simple with off whites and deep blues that harmonize nicely in the space.
Period Property StoreA Victorian style bathroom decorated in warm tones using paints and wallpaper from Little Greene Pain Company. The wallpaper is the Norcombe jazz, whilst the wood panelling and wall to the right are painted in Stone-Pale-Cool - 65 LRV

Christian Builders Margate LtdThis traditional Victorian bathroom was a little tired, it needed redecorating, however, the client was happy with the bath and sanitaryware, and wanted to keep the layout. It was previously painted in Farrow & Ball's 'Elephants Breath' with all woodwork in 'Bone', which the client picked over 10 years ago. They fancied a bit of a change and wanted a more dramatic look to go with the rest of the house and decided on Fornasetti's II Acquario wallpaper from Cole & Son's. The client is a huge fan off Fornasetti so it was an easy decision! We chose Myland's paint in 'Sinner', to compliment the wallpaper and really give the room a luxurious and mysterious feel. There is a feature floor underneath the bath with Vicotiran black and white tiles, and the rest of the floor is a subtle dark vinyl.
The cast iron roll top bath has also been painted to blend in with the walls.
The overall look is very dramatic, and works so well in a small room. We loved this project, and it shows that you can change a small amount of details in a room to give it a completely different style and atmosphere!

Blue Sound Construction, Inc.We lifted this house several feet in the air, and reworked all the interior spaces to accommodate three private guest suites, each complete with their own bathroom. The beachy, casual vibe carries throughout the spaces, thanks to the owners' (an architect/artist duo) creative vision.
