The beachy, casual vibe carries throughout the spaces, thanks to the owners' (an architect/artist duo) creative vision.

Simply Baths & KitchensIn the hall bath, small space comes with big style. Metallic accents, glass details and chrome finishes add just the right amount of reflective surface to bounce light around the room and bring a cool and collected confidence to this guest bath.
Christian Builders Margate LtdThis traditional Victorian bathroom was a little tired, it needed redecorating, however, the client was happy with the bath and sanitaryware, and wanted to keep the layout. It was previously painted in Farrow & Ball's 'Elephants Breath' with all woodwork in 'Bone', which the client picked over 10 years ago. They fancied a bit of a change and wanted a more dramatic look to go with the rest of the house and decided on Fornasetti's II Acquario wallpaper from Cole & Son's. The client is a huge fan off Fornasetti so it was an easy decision! We chose Myland's paint in 'Sinner', to compliment the wallpaper and really give the room a luxurious and mysterious feel. There is a feature floor underneath the bath with Vicotiran black and white tiles, and the rest of the floor is a subtle dark vinyl.
The cast iron roll top bath has also been painted to blend in with the walls.
The overall look is very dramatic, and works so well in a small room. We loved this project, and it shows that you can change a small amount of details in a room to give it a completely different style and atmosphere!

Rénovation Sur MesureChaque chambre dispose désormais de nombreux rangements et surtout de sa propre salle de bains. Chacune d’elles est exclusivement équipée de vasques, receveurs, sanitaires et robinetterie haut de gamme. Passons en revue deux d’entre elles. L’une a été décorée dans le style rétro avec des emblématiques carreaux de ciment à motifs géométriques, dans les tons noirs et blanc, dans la lignée du mobilier et de l’agencement cette pièce d’eau.
Le choix du design de la baignoire façon ancienne et laquée noire tout comme les deux vasques de lavabos vintage assure à l’ensemble une ambiance rétro ultra-chic. Cette salle de bains dispose d’une douche à l’italienne, avec éclairage intégré, aussi pratique qu’élégante avec sa porte translucide fine et épurée.
Hakilam design3 thèmes de salles de bain répartis sur les 6 appartements. Ici, le thème vert et or. Vasques en pierre, robinetterie façon laiton, au mur carrelage métro imitation zelliges. Meuble vasque en bois exotique massif encadré de laiton. Parquet clair. Pare-baignoire en verre et métal noir. Les murs sont peints dans un vert céladon profond.
