KrimsonHAUSKeeping consistent with the theme we wanted to make sure this room was the showstopper. The focus of the room besides the green velvet sofa is the blue, green and gold pineapple wallpaper. Throughout the space we incorporated a mix of pattern, geometric shapes, and other whimsical pieces.
COSWICK LTD The spirit of rebellion and freedom against the background of deliberate baroque, street art and classic. The project used Coswick parquet Oak Chambord from the “Chevron” collection.
Louise Misell InteriorsTwo Victorian terrace reception rooms have been knocked into one, each has been given its own clearly defined style and function, but together they make a strong style statement. Colours are central to these rooms, with strong teals offset by blush pinks, and they are finished off with antiqued mirrored tiles and brass and gold accents.

Сбоку от дивана стена выполнена из декоративной штукатурки, которая реверсом повторяет орнамент центрального акцента помещения. Напротив телевизора выделено много места под журнальный столик, выполненный из теплого дерева и просторный диван изумрудного цвета. Изначально у дивана подразумевалось сделать большой ковер, но из-за большого количества проб, подбор ковра затянулся на большой срок. Однако привезенный дизайнером ковер для фотосъемки настолько вписался в общую картину именно за счет своей текстуры, что было желание непременно оставить такой необычный элемент.
Сама комната сочетает яркие и бежевые тона, однако зона кабинета отделена цветовым решением, она в более темных деревянных текстурах. Насыщенный коричневый оттенок пола и потолка отделяет контрастом данную зону и соответствует вкусам хозяина. Рабочее место отгородили прозрачным резным стеллажом. А в дополнение напротив письменного стола стоит еще один стеллаж индивидуального исполнения из глубокого темного дерева, в котором много секций под документы и книги. Зону над компьютером хорошо освещает подвесной светильник, который, как и почти все освещение в доме, соответствует современному стилю.

This traditional New Jersey colonial style family home was in need of an update to fit the family’s needs. The living room specifically was stuffy and hardly used. The goal was to take this colonial traditional home and give it a new direction!
Where to start? The Floors!
This room was carpeted and just did not wear well- so we recommended a change in all the flooring to a new wood stained with a light touch. This provided the backdrop to make some major changes in the style of the room. The client’s were very trusting as we had worked with them before- and when we suggested a black greek key grasscloth- we were happily surprised they embraced the idea.
Sexy but comfortable
The client wanted to be able to come into this room for specific reasons- to read and relax without television, to play the piano and to entertain. The room needed a cozy and cohesive style and with comfortable furnishings and a place to display treasures. A bar was a nice touch too!
