McLauchlan Building DesignersProject Brief.
Living in Western Australia, but still having some family ties within Victoria, our client approached us looking for a design company that could conceive two Townhouses, in a Duplex configuration, that would be suitable within the context of Mount Waverley, and expectations of discerning prospective purchasers.
The brief was for 3 to four bedrooms, with the Master Suite on the ground floor, open plan living areas, double garaging and some design flair to make the project stand out from the surrounding modest neighbourhood, without ruffling too many feathers.
Joe McGuire DesignWhen our Boulder studio was tasked with furnishing this home, we went all out to create a gorgeous space for our clients. We decorated the bedroom with an in-stock bed, nightstand, and beautiful bedding. An original painting by an LA artist elevates the vibe and pulls the color palette together. The fireside sitting area of this home features a lovely lounge chair, and the limestone and blackened steel fireplace create a sophisticated vibe. A thick shag rug pulls the entire space together.
In the dining area, we used a light oak table and custom-designed complements. This light-filled corner engages easily with the greenery outside through large lift-and-slide doors. A stylish powder room with beautiful blue tiles adds a pop of freshness.

Mittelstädt-HausDies ist unser Doppelhaus als Musterhaus mit je 116,40 m² Wohnfläche. Als beispielhafte Gestaltungsmöglichkeit wurde sowohl eine Gaube als auch ein Zwerchgiebel gebaut.

NVDC ArchitectsA young and growing family required additional living space in their semi-detached Victorian villa in Dunblane. While proposing a traditional double-pitched roof form that respected the traditional character of the area, clever use of steelwork allowed for the creation of a huge open-plan south-facing space that contained both a generous living area and a dining kitchen. The dramatically undulating roof profile is left exposed internally to demarcate the separate areas. Large bi-folding doors open out onto timber decking to the rear, creating a sense of indoor/outdoor living and forming a strong connection between the main house and the garden.

Aivory ArchitectsThis proposed twin house project is cool, stylish, clean and sleek. It sits comfortably on a 100 x 50 feet lot in the bustling young couples/ new family Naalya suburb.
This lovely residence design allowed us to use limited geometric shapes to present the look of a charming and sophisticated blend of minimalism and functionality. The open space premises is repeated all though the house allowing us to provide great extras like a floating staircase.

WC STUDIO architecture agencyA distinct joint pattern in the Oculus aluminum panel rain screen paired with textured black plywood defines the project’s unique exterior expression, and manifests in several locations inside as well (hint: curtains, lighting, and railings). These purposeful identity markings serve to resonate with people inside and out, while adding diversity to the character of the street and neighborhood.

Surrounded by a lush green-gated community, the project will offer young professionals a unique combination of comfort, convenience, natural beauty and tranquility.
Alair Homes ScarboroughThis rear addition provides the family with a living area that has lots of natural light for the family to enjoy and relax. The cathedral ceiling creates an open and airy space that is well lit from the side and rear windows. The cathedral ceiling also flows into the washroom. Light is very important to this family and due to the close proximity to the neighbours on either side, fire shutters were required and incorporated on all the side windows. The basement is a finished space with a bar, washroom, family room, and a dedicated room for the family’s adopted cats. Exterior was finished with matching brick that was sourced and still available.
