隣家とのプライバシーを確保しつつ、敷地を最大限に活用した庭と一体的な暮らしを提案しました。
玄関は広々とした土間空間。ご主人の趣味の自転車整備も出来る、ゆったりとしたスペース。
将来、親世帯も同居できるように玄関から直接アプローチ出来る和室。
フルオープンのサッシにより、庭に開放されるリビングダイニング。
正面のシンプルな外観イメージを裏切る、内部の明るく、やわらかい雰囲気が特徴です。
広くとった庭を外部との緩衝地帯としつつ、庭を通して室内に光が満たされます。
晴れ間の少ない北陸地方であっても、快適に暮らせる住まいになりました。

DK StudioThe Summit Project consisted of architectural and interior design services to remodel a house. A design challenge for this project was the remodel and reconfiguration of the second floor to include a primary bathroom and bedroom, a large primary walk-in closet, a guest bathroom, two separate offices, a guest bedroom, and adding a dedicated laundry room. An architectural study was made to retrofit the powder room on the first floor. The space layout was carefully thought out to accommodate these rooms and give a better flow to the second level, creating an oasis for the homeowners.
