Mit dem neuen MEDLEY 3.0 hat FingerHaus am Unternehmensstandort Frankenberg eine imposante Stadtvilla im KfW-Effizienzhaus-Standard 40 eröffnet. Das neue Musterhaus ist ein waschechtes Smart Home mit fabelhaften Komfortmerkmalen sowie Multiroom-Audio und innovativer Lichtsteuerung. Das MEDLEY 3.0 bietet auf rund 161 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche reichlich Platz für eine Familie und beeindruckt mit einer frischen und geradlinigen Architektur.
Das MEDLEY 3.0 präsentiert sich als elegante Stadtvilla. Die schneeweiß verputzte Fassade setzt sich wunderbar ab von den anthrazitfarbenen, bodentiefen Holz-Aluminium-Fenstern, der Haustür sowie dem ebenfalls dunkel gedeckten Walmdach. Ein echter Hingucker ist der Flachdacherker, der den Raum im Wohnzimmer spürbar vergrößert. Das MEDLEY 3.0 krönt ein Walmdach mit einer flachen Neigung von nur 16°. So entsteht ein zweites, großzügiges Vollgeschoss.
Zoltan Construction LLCTwo story transitional style house in the desirable city of Winter Park, Florida (just north of Orlando). This white stucco house with contrasting gray tiled roof, black windows and aluminum shutters has instant curb appeal. Paver driveway and gas lit lanterns and sconces lead you through the landscaped front yard to the large pivot front door. Accent white brick adds texture and sophistication to the building's facade.
Masterworks Window Fashions & Design, LLCThe clients indicated the existing colors were too heavy, "not them", and not "Capitol Hill". To carry the stone color of the first floor all the way up, that same color in paint was used for the second floor box bay window, and for the eyebrow arch above the third story window, as well as inside the carving above the third story window. With the rakeboards just below the roofline also lightened up, the stone color was use on the small raised accent "x" to the right side at the roofline. The carving on the box bay was detailed in only one color this time, the same white which was used for the window frames and door frame, creating an effect similar to white wrought iron. There are many wrought iron details on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. The meter box on the first floor was painted to blend into the stone, important when it was so close to the front door. The front door was painted a deeper blue that the upper stories. Lastly the wrought iron railings were also de-rusted and repainted. All work was expertly done by Tech Painting. Renovate Paint and DesignThis charming craftsman built home located in The Waters of Deerfield within San Antonio, TX, required repairs to wood trim, pergola, and railing, plus stucco areas, prior to painting. 4 colors were used in different areas of the house with the primary color being Sage.
Hardi-board siding, soffit, and fascia painted with SW Duration paint and Stucco surfaces painted with SW Loxon Elastomeric Paint.

Beacham ArchitectsExtension and refurbishment of a semi-detached house in Hern Hill.
Extensions are modern using modern materials whilst being respectful to the original house and surrounding fabric.
Views to the treetops beyond draw occupants from the entrance, through the house and down to the double height kitchen at garden level.
From the playroom window seat on the upper level, children (and adults) can climb onto a play-net suspended over the dining table.
The mezzanine library structure hangs from the roof apex with steel structure exposed, a place to relax or work with garden views and light. More on this - the built-in library joinery becomes part of the architecture as a storage wall and transforms into a gorgeous place to work looking out to the trees. There is also a sofa under large skylights to chill and read.
The kitchen and dining space has a Z-shaped double height space running through it with a full height pantry storage wall, large window seat and exposed brickwork running from inside to outside. The windows have slim frames and also stack fully for a fully indoor outdoor feel.
A holistic retrofit of the house provides a full thermal upgrade and passive stack ventilation throughout. The floor area of the house was doubled from 115m2 to 230m2 as part of the full house refurbishment and extension project.
A huge master bathroom is achieved with a freestanding bath, double sink, double shower and fantastic views without being overlooked.
The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe room with its own window.
The children's bathroom is fun with under the sea wallpaper as well as a separate shower and eaves bath tub under the skylight making great use of the eaves space.
The loft extension makes maximum use of the eaves to create two double bedrooms, an additional single eaves guest room / study and the eaves family bathroom.

RHJB ArchitectsThe rear elevation consists of the continued strong gable forms, finished in a buff wirer cut multi brick. The gables are staggered to maximise light opportunity. This is at the front is contrasted with a white through colour rendered base, that frames an incredibly wide expanse of glazing, linking this family home to the garden. Again, an aluminium-clad canopy offers some protection from direct sunlight, but also creates subtle lines to the rear elevation, offering refinement.
