HALLETT & Co.This bathroom was reminiscent of 1999 with dark cabinets, faux travertine flooring, and a cumbersome jacuzzi tub blocking access to the window. A change of the room's footprint moved the shower and facilities to the interior wall and added custom cabinetry with ample storage to frame the window. Transformations Custom Wood DesignThis luxurious bathroom comes complete with a custom vanity, ample drawer storage including cabinets on top of the countertop enhanced with frosted glass doors. The bathroom floor is a field of porcelain damask and diamond-shaped tiles with a border that follows the perimeter of the room including the shape of the cabinetry. Faucets for the vanity are chrome and they are offset from center for a nice symmetrical look. Delicate chrome sconces flank a 48" round mirror that makes the room feel spacious. A gray glass subway tile backsplash is continued around the entire perimeter of the shower. The shower floor is a zero-entry shower which means that it is at the same level as the bathroom floor. Damask shapes continue in the shower. They grace the back wall as a waterfall feature that highlights the rain shower head. The handle to turn on the shower is installed on the adjacent wall so the homeowners can turn on the water without getting that first cold burst. An elegant chrome chandelier is hung at the center of the vanity and extends down from the wood molding feature on the ceiling. Inside a damask-shaped pattern is stenciled for a very dramatic effect. Glass knobs were used for the vanity hardware and a glass knob follows suit on the frosted glass entry door.

McCabe By Design LLCA shower with built-in bench seat and grab bars replaced a never used bathtub.Two shower heads allows for seated or standing bathing. The glass block half wall between the vanity and original tub was replaced with clear glass to maximize the light spread from the skylight over the vanity to the shower. Remodeled in 2016.

Kimball Starr Interior DesignA custom marble countertop holds the shower wall glass with little hardware, allowing for more usable space. Blue mosaic glass tiles are reminiscent of the Bay Area's ever-present water.
Matching white marble penny tiles run throughout the bathroom and up the corner seat.
A simple wall inset provides a space for toiletries so the built-in custom shower seat is free for use.
This will be a bathroom that ages up with the girls as they become young ladies who need more time in the shower and at the vanity mirror.
Aloha Kitchen, Bath & DesignGlamorous Spa Bath. Dual vanities give both clients their own space with lots of storage. One vanity attaches to the tub with some open display and a little lift up door the tub deck extends into which is a great place to tuck away all the tub supplies and toiletries. On the other side of the tub is a recessed linen cabinet that hides a tv inside on a hinged arm so that when the client soaks for therapy in the tub they can enjoy watching tv. On the other side of the bathroom is the shower and toilet room. The shower is large with a corner seat and hand shower and a soap niche. Little touches like a slab cap on the top of the curb, seat and inside the niche look great but will also help with cleaning by eliminating the grout joints. Extra storage over the toilet is very convenient. But the favorite items of the client are all the sparkles including the beveled mirror pieces at the vanity cabinets, the mother of pearl large chandelier and sconces, the bits of glass and mirror in the countertops and a few crystal knobs and polished nickel touches. Alexandra Lauren Interior DesignThis bathtub area was inspired by the Japanese idea of shinrin yoku, or forest bathing. The soaking tub was positioned beneath a large window letting in forest views. Hexagonal marble tiles create a snappy geometric pattern on the floor. A small room used to hold this primary bathroom's toilet. Reconfiguring the space—and taking out that small space—allowed designer Alexandra Lauren to add a large window and wet room, and let in pretty views and lots of natural light.
Jamie House DesignIn the course of our design work, we completely re-worked the kitchen layout, designed new cabinetry for the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The new great room layout provides a focal point in the fireplace and creates additional seating without moving walls. On the upper floor, we significantly remodeled all the bathrooms. The color palette was simplified and calmed by using a cool palette of grays, blues, and natural textures.
Our aesthetic goal for the project was to assemble a warm, casual, family-friendly palette of materials; linen, leather, natural wood and stone, cozy rugs, and vintage textiles. The reclaimed beam as a mantle and subtle grey walls create a strong graphic element which is balanced and echoed by more delicate textile patterns.

The true eyecatcher in this space is the Bronze Cast Iron Freestanding Bath. Our client had a true adventurous spirit when it comes to design.
We ensured all the 21st century modern conveniences are included within the retro style bathroom.
A large walk in shower with both a rose over head rain shower and hand set for the everyday convenience.
His and Her separate basin units with ample amount of storage and large counter areas.
Finally to tie all design together we used a statement star tile on the floor to compliment the black wood panelling surround the bathroom.

TATCOR Building & RemodelingThe bathroom addition featured gray plank tile flooring, white walls, white pedestal sink with no vanity, open shelving, framed mirror, and rustic custom lighting above sink with four hanging plug-in pendant light fixtures. The shower has a rod and curtain, gray tiling, and black accents and fixtures.
