Pineapple House Interior DesignThe goal of this master bath transformation was to stay within existing footprint and improve the look, storage and functionality of the master bath. Right Wall: Along the right wall, designers gain footage and enlarge both the shower and water closet by replacing the existing tub and outdated surround with a freestanding Roman soaking tub. They use glass shower walls so natural light can illuminate the formerly dark, enclosed corner shower. From the footage gained from the tub area, designers add a toiletry closet in the water closet. They integrate the room's trim and window's valance to conceal a dropdown privacy shade over the leaded glass window behind the tub. Left Wall: A sink area originally located along the back wall is reconfigured into a symmetrical double-sink vanity along the left wall. Both sink mirrors are flanked by shelves of storage hidden behind tall, slender doors that are configured in the vanity to mimic columns. Back Wall: The back wall unit is built for storage and display, plus it houses a television that intentionally blends into the deep coloration of the millwork. The positioning of the television allows it to be watched from multiple vantage points – even from the shower. An under counter refrigerator is located in the lower left portion of unit.

Just the Thing Decorating, Staging, and WindowsThis tired 1990's home was not working for this young family. They wanted an elegant, classic look packed full of function!
Laura Lee HomeThis master bath was an explosion of travertine and beige.
The clients wanted an updated space without the expense of a full remodel. We layered a textured faux grasscloth and painted the trim to soften the tones of the tile. The existing cabinets were painted a bold blue and new hardware dressed them up. The crystal chandelier and mirrored sconces add sparkle to the space. New larger mirrors bring light into the space and a soft linen roman shade with embellished tassel fringe frames the bathtub area. Our favorite part of the space is the well traveled Turkish rug to add some warmth and pattern to the space. A treasured piece of art from their trip to Italy found its forever home in the redone bath.
Z Interior Decorations Inc.This Master Bathroom remodel removed some framing and drywall above and at the sides of the shower opening to enlarge the shower entry and provide a breathtaking view to the exotic polished porcelain marble tile in a 24 x 48 size used inside. The sliced stone used as vertical accent was hand placed by the tile installer to eliminate the tile outlines sometimes seen in lesser quality installations. The agate design glass tiles used as the backsplash and mirror surround delight the eye. The warm brown griege cabinetry have custom designed drawer interiors to work around the plumbing underneath. Floating vanities add visual space to the room. The dark brown in the herringbone shower floor is repeated in the master bedroom wood flooring coloring so that the entire master suite flows.
Ball HomesThe Atkinson is a spacious ranch plan with three or more bedrooms. The main living areas, including formal dining, share an open layout with 10'ceilings. The kitchen has a generous island with counter dining, a spacious pantry, and breakfast area with multiple windows. The family rooms is shown here with direct vent fireplace with stone hearth and surround and built-in bookcases. Enjoy premium outdoor living space with a large covered patio with optional direct vent fireplace. The primary bedroom is located off a semi-private hall and has a trey ceiling and triple window. The luxury primary bath with separate vanities is shown here with standalone tub and tiled shower. Bedrooms two and three share a hall bath, and there is a spacious utility room with folding counter. Exterior details include a covered front porch, dormers, separate garage doors, and hip roof.
Design Connection, Inc.The entire bathroom layout had to be reconfigured to be able to make it a wheelchair accessible space. The two walk-in closets on either side of the bathroom were taken out to make the main bathroom area much larger. With the two closets gone, a large zero-entry shower replaced one side and a large custom built-in wardrobe unit replaced the other side. The new zero-entry shower is large enough to accommodate the wheelchair turning radius within the shower.
