Adam Green ArchitectIn 2016 the prominent Owen Block (c.1882) was fully renovated to create 15 urban living units in Evansville's Riverside Historic District. The building's iconic 19th-century facade was restored with the addition of a private urban courtyard, new exterior lighting and streetscape improvements.
Sun Collective Design GroupThis remodel of an existing, 2 building apartment complex turned this property into a gem in the heights. Each unit was unique which meant that each unit was designed separately from and incorporated into the whole complex - a feat in itself. Also included was converting the existing covered parking under units into fully functional /well-built additional units. The resulting complex lacked a little flair - bright yellow doors did the trick.
Barn ProsThe owners of this massive Coach House shop approached Barn Pros with a challenge: they needed versatile, and large, storage space for golfing equipment plus a full apartment for family gatherings and guests. The solution was our Coach House model. Designed on a 14’ x 14’ grid with a sidewall that measures 18’, there’s a total of 3,920 sq. ft. in this 56’ x 42’ building. The standard model is offered as a storage building with a 2/3 loft (28’ x 56’). Apartment packages are available, though not included in the base model.
DK HomesOnly 29 of these stand-alone villa condominiums in this project. Clean and calming design and colors. Private master suite stretches the length of the condo. Main floor office with shiplap wall treatment. Coffered ceiling with beams in kitchen and dining areas. Interiors to be built exactly as you would like.
Westbury Garden RoomsLocated in the Surrey countryside is this classically styled orangery. Belonging to a client who sought our advice on how they can create an elegant living space, connected to the kitchen. The perfect room for informal entertaining, listen and play music, or read a book and enjoy a peaceful weekend.
Previously the home wasn’t very generous on available living space and the flow between rooms was less than ideal; A single lounge to the south side of the property that was a short walk from the kitchen, located on the opposite side of the home.
